These women are disruptive, materially wasteful (jesus christ they waste so much water), and in combat totally unreliable. Sucks, but it still meets Level IV specs and then some.Think of it in real world circumstances. Out of an M1 Garand, M2AP loaded to WW2 spec has a velocity of 2,715ft/s. Even modern .30-06 165gr still pushes 2,800ft/s out of a 24" barrel. Buff usually uses a .300 winmag to get to NIJ velocity and then some.At what distance and out of what gun do you reasonably anticipate getting hit by that kinda M2AP or above? Even if the above test applies to all 4403s, this ain't a panic button moment like the 4SUS4 or 4400. The 4403 still handles all reasonable CONUS threats. M993 will probably beat the fuck out of it even at standoff, and I'm leery on M995 out of a 20".
