There is zero spring to it if you bend it - which is why you should follow the manual and always pull it through the bore rather than push. For reference the temper spec on an M4 barrel is between 28-33 Rockwell C. See pic related for how high on the B scale you have to be to even show up on the C scale.

Furniture...I might have to go custom crates on that with plastic sheet on bottom so they slide.
