>>42373175it might just be stress, but have you changed your dose since starting?Powers seems to think that too high doses will eventually crowd out the estrogen receptor with weaker metabolites, preventing the stronger ones from being effective (estrone, estradiol). it's hard to get tested for the weaker metabolites specifically, but you should be able to get ahold of a SHBG test to see if your dose is too high as well as a regular DNA test which you can download the full data from and run through genetic genie to see if you have issues with estrogen sensitivity and/or a slow COMT geneif you do, you can start supplements that help with a slow COMT, as well as stopping hrt for a bit (stay on an aa) and restart on a lower dose and see if it helps good lucki'm (op) doing the same at the minute to help with my transition hopefully, they'll be more info on the Dr Powers subreddit
