Why is this sport really popular in high school but literally nowhere else?

It's not. Guys play it, nobody watches though.

My high school didn't even have it. Its a regional thing

>why is this sport really popular in high school in one country

it's huge in a few hotbed areas (NY, MD, VA, new england in general) across regular sports-playing ages, but if you are a gifted athlete and want to make a career of it, there is no money to be made in lacrosse so you play football or whatever instead. the career arc for a lacrosse player is basically be born wealthy -> get recruited by a D3 NESCAC -> join a frat and major in econ -> get hired by an investment firm -> retire at 57 with a country club membership

So, it happened AGAIN. We can blame Sesko, we can blame SCAMorim, we can blame our setpiece coaches, we can blame our non-existing midfield, we can blame our dogshit goalkeepers, we can blame RATcliffe, we can praise GRIMsbey's effort but the truth is it's simply not enough. Tactics, determination you name it, it all stinks.

Don't get me wrong, I still have full faith in Amorim and the lads, but MASSIVE reinforcements are desperately needed right fucking now. Otherwise I'm not very optimistic about the next season, or stopping Liverpool getting #21 for that matter. Not playing like this. What do you think, /mug/?
#AmorIN or #AmorOUT?

How do they keep getting away with it? Everyone knows Arsenal deserved the league last year. This season there are already 5 or 6 teams playing better than them yet they are top somehow.

Otherwise, GET FUCKED ASSNA
>>
>>150528759
>If the gap is like 1 point or Goal Difference
Then the team who got a point more, or the same number of points but have a better goal difference over the course of a season, deserve it. And this is NEVER Arsenal. Arsenal do not deserve jackshit, no matter how 'nearly' they fail to win the title this or any other time. Winners deserve the title and Arsenal are not and never winners. The league table EOY does not lie.

One guy once described this creature perfectly. I can't recall exactly what he said, but it was something along the lines of "gross dyke vegetable"

I'm not homosexual so I don't watch the EPL. Can anyone explain to me what's going on with Manchester United and why are they doing so poorly? I remember them as a great team when I was a kid

Flopping out of the League Cup is honestly not that bad, they were using their B-Team.
Amorim is bringing in a new strategy to an old team, they've been dumping a lot of guys who were prominent last year who simply didn't fit his system.
/sp/ and the world in general don't want to admit they're back, because ABUs feasted so much last year.
Spurs meanwhile flew completely under the radar and because of a goal or two against United in the memest game of all time somehow maintained composure, but are equally back.

SB 43 is still the best Superbowl I've ever seen from a pure talent+quality of play stance. That throw from Roeth to Santonio Holmes was absurd I don't know why it doesn't get more love for one of the best throws of all time. I've seen replays of The Catch, The Catch 2, Tyree helmet catch etc but that throw from Ben right over 3 Cardinals DBs in that big a spot was something so few QBs could ever pull off

It was a constant argument Brady vs Peyton for me until 2010. It's funny how even though he went one and done at home against the Jets I still view 2010 as one of the best QB seasons I've ever seen. 360 straight passes without an interception despite Randy Moss being traded mid season. That season was unreal

dogs were feasting in every sport today. few underdogs even pulled off a comeback in the dying moments at 4.00+ odds on the live bet.
>>
>>150531427
I get what you're saying. Kind of have a similar feeling. If Fritz is ever going to beat Djokovic in an important match now would probably be the time. The odds even seem too suspiciously low. But it's still hard to trust Fritz in this matchup considering how hard he struggles in it every time. Even last year in Shanghai where I thought he might be able to do it he still lost without winning a set anyway. To a Djokovic who doesn't even care much about these tournaments outside of slams anymore. I don't normally bet on this but I think rather than taking Fritz to win I would rather bet on over 4.5 sets because realistically if Fritz actually does win it would probably be a close call and I get the impression Djokovic has been long overdue for a close match at a slam already. He hasn't played 5 sets since RG last year. The one thing I will say is that Fritz seems to have had a pretty consistent serve all tournament which is really important. If he can keep up his serve he has a legit shot.
>>
>>150528695
By the way Vondrousova won 2-1 against Rybakina. Going to keep fading Rybakina in these later rounds of tournaments. Also Pegula opened @1.55 against Krejcikova so pretty much what I expected >>150524588. But the odds dropped quite a bit already. See her @1.4 now.
