The creature on the right appears to be a human courtesan.

I agree with you about the Move Silently checks, I actually thought of "courtesan" because I realized that those accessories would be very impractical for a rogue, and being both near-naked and unarmored at once is impractical for anyone other than a fighter who only uses natural weapons, which she isn't (since she has a dagger).
