He does have Cursed Flesh Seal, which makes people he's beaten much more susceptible to him. There's also whatever we think Maximum Talisman Master and the like could do. I am open to mind control but a significant part of his character is that he's very knowledgeable, 'wise,' and charismatic and uses the truth as a weapon rather than purely reliant on just lies. I fully expect him to never actually fully corrupt or control anyone, but enough to cause some havoc and disunity.

As an aside if we did want him to be full dark magic master controller I could easily trade out some points to up Charisma to III and take Attractiveness III as some sort of hypnotic evil glamour rather than being the sexiest man alive. I intend to; I have an idea for a game that's basically a love letter to Rogue Trader in all its glory with a major emphasis on /yourdudes/. I've got the basic setting written up, currently working on the core mechanics. One plan I have is for weapons to have unique and interesting mechanics but for most factions to be using the same basic weapons, with some additional weapon upgrades and a few bespoke weapons for each faction. Should keep it from being a book-keeping nightmare whilst still having some depth.
