PT isn't important, they do denote a increase in power but aren't the be-all end all. Obviously some races are stronger than others but through dedicated training any playing field can be equalized.

Everyone recieves the Multiplayer Scenario which gives 30 points (Essentially Donut Steele) but other scenarios involving a person require an anon willing to fill that slot before you can take it. So you can't take it and just wait for someone to come along and be willing. Develop a rivalry in person and push both of you to new heights.

Adventure is Multiplayer, everyone finds themself on the same planet for the upcoming tournament in a plot amount of time. Get to know your competitors and suppliers or learn and improve yourself from the strong people around you. Sparring battles, whatever.

I liked the idea of a guy that hates that kind of lifestile growing up in there. The bonus to will only made me want to make the rebellion stronger because it fits even more, being trained by spite rather than pleasure. At the same time being used to everyone around you being like that sets up some expectations for the rest of the world, and Tarkesh in general is not the most normal of places either so the fish out of whater memory made sense, I find the idea of a normal guy being among crazy people funny. In general I think it fits more than the old one and has better chances for interactions, breaking the trend of edgy loner and amnesiac I had with my other characters. I have seen the kind of comments people made, but I have yet to see a proper build that is not a shitpost, I am probably being too optimistic.

Sounds of Tindalos has also been spreading on the internet, all across music hosting websites and anonymous boards. The strangest part is, their recordings seem to be posted at the same time as their concerts. And even when a concert is going on in an abandoned subway station, another is happening in the sewers of a city halfway across the country. Some families have begun to show worry over their children listening to this new musical phenomenon, claiming that their kids are "speaking in tongues", "blaspheming God", and "getting violent". Talk about a satanic panic, right?

Truth is, when Johnny Zann saw The Order's god, something else used the opportunity to touch his mind in that place where the veil between worlds was thin. Zann, having been an avant-garde musician before his overdose-leading-to-abduction, decided that he would touch the minds of the whole world with what he knew best - music. Music and devotion enough to attract a God.

His performances are essentially cognitohazards in their entirety, chock-full of mind control phrases and Illusionary impossible shapes and patterns to slowly infect the minds of his listeners to turn them into slaveringly loyal worshippers of his Dark God. And then, once he has amassed enough fans, he'll begin the ritual to summon it in full. Will run from pretty much any confrontation. His whole band is Shadow Servants. Extreme Neurosis

Cecily Vega was born to a tight-knit family of some means. Her powers manifested young, but the efforts of her parents and siblings prevented her from becoming too overwhelmed by them. It also helped that she was very much still a child when she came into her power. A few months after her tenth birthday, the Order showed up.

She didn't adjust well to life in the Order. The priests' increasingly sadistic punishments only hardened her resolve, as did her discovery of the Order's true god. After her first few escape attempts, the Order invested in some telekill restraints and shut her away in a cell. But the clincher would only come a few months later.

The god that the Order worshiped was not unchallenged. There were other, lesser powers in the spaces between spaces, and the Order was tasked with the imprisonment of one of these lesser powers. They opted to imprison their captive in the safest jail they could find: the body of Cecily Vega. They thought that, through this, they were killing two birds with one stone.

This is turning out to have been a mistake.

Yeah it was intentional, both to reference Max's writefag and also an old greentext that always makes me laugh.
If we make a timeline, Nei can pretty much go anywhere after GLOWBRIGHT is established, since he's ageless. So far all he's done is mess around a bit, with that one containment breach being the exception. He's also kept his Summoning and the full extent of his Reality Warping. The Center knows there's a lot more to his powers, they just don't know what specifically.

I would assume he also kept his Void hidden, considering it's one of the things that Archer cannot maim and that it's what nullifies The Hole. He cannot teleport with Movement but he could with Rupture if he wanted to. I meant more a timeline of escapes, I have a couple ideas about how Leszek will come in contact with the others Nei especially since I assume they would have a very high chance of meeting in the Shadezone, but it would be interesting if there are multiple waves. Maybe a first wave of escapes and then a second one with Breach of secrecy bit later?

I see, I just looked at the build again and I realized that Leszek is more adapted to life in the shadezone than Nei is, and funny enough Leszek actually has no way of knowing where he goes with it, so I am starting to see a possible interaction, with Leszek being lost and Nei finding this strange guy that speaks another language and maybe even mistaking him for a local of the Shadezone.

I have a very funny idea with his material manipulation. he has Evolutionary Leap so he will learn languages faster than normal, but until then I think a fun way would be to always carry a dictionary or two, like the tourist ones, that he can read with material manipulation without taking them out, to everyone else he will probably look like a video buffering but he is actually reading. Of corse he needs to get the dictionaries first which may need to come after the Shadezone, I don't think there are many tourist stands there. This is the most cheerful charactter I have made yet, so for once I am not worried about interacions.

The Center always needs more supersoldiers, but what of the people who manufacture them? Bradley is one man and eggheads struggled to advance paraphysics more and more with each day, so the decision was made to go beyond Project GLOWBRIGHT. With the usage of his DNA and the help of many scientists, he sought to go beyond enhancing normal individuals into superhumans, and instead, *grow one.*

The results were horrifying - a master of matter and telekinesis, for whom laws of the physical world were a mere suggestion. She was capable of thought the moment she started growing in the artificial womb, and as a child, surpassed any expectations they had about her. Colonel has found a better method to produce superweapons, at last. But he had yet to realize that depriving a child of parental love could leave their psyche in a terrible state.

Today, Lucia Knil is put under the new classification of Level 7 Max Threat, created solely for her after she had attempted to create an improbability engine to aid her escape. She's closely monitored and forced to work on the new technologies for US, and it is unknown for how long this will last.

She likes strawberry chocolate ice cream and frequently bullies Max Briar to tears. It's all just a ruse for her to isolate and "protect" Max. Why? Maybe she has a thing for weaklings with an ego. Perhaps she's too much of a troll.

I'm not so sure about the specific effects of Evolutionary Leap, but it doesn't really matter. The dictionary idea sounds fun. What I'm wondering is if teleportation can be used to go from the shadezone and back, as long as the user has seen it before.

The first one was real. It was made using Matter Manipulation/Destroy/Mandatory 2 to create in the boy the expectation that Archer can burn him. That wouldn't be necessary for "veterans", but with new arrivals, this can be beneficiary because a lot of Illusion powers depend on the target's "expectations".
"Blistering marks" after that were results of illusions. Archer didn't want to touch him any more than necessary. The marks would have looked slightly differently if inspected. The marks left by illusions were blisters. The Destroy mark was tissue removal, which can't really be replicated with a physiological response alone (usually, the boy as a body manipulator could possibly do it, but Archer would have had to plant the illusion and then walk away to stop disabling his power).
Burnt skin from electrocution was also real. The cane was turned into a cattle prod with Reforge. Archer got more physical himself when his anger spiked up.

- She dreams about making another improbability engine, making genuine friends, and getting a hug for the first time in her life. She's formally banned from hugging for being a bitch.

The Shadezone makes non shade powers weaker, and if even Rupture needs to find a place where the dimentional barrier is weak to make a rift Teleport would be even more at a disadvantage. So I would say that you can teleport to the Shadezone but a rift still needs to be open somewhere across the world, and teleporting from the Shadezone into the real world is more tiring. Considering how many Void people we have running around there probably will be at least one rift around at any given time.

As odd as it sounds, I don't think schools in Japan usually have mascots. So for Shiketsu, I think a slight variation of the Kyoto mascot itself would work. Like, take Mayumaro and just have him dressed in a hero costume or the school uniform. The fact he's a (silkworm) cocoon also fits an idea of a mascot for a place that turns kids into heroes, imo.

It does mention decades for Tier 3 as I recall, but I don't see why Lucia wouldn't try to bruteforce her potential with paraphysics. That's not something I am going to explore, though, because I want tech to be "stuff that creates more fun" than "crutch for powergaming".
There's a reason why I took Nullsight for her as well because I think that a paranormal scientist trying to develop technology interacting with shadezone could be cool.

Yes, but that's not what farming means. Farming implies you get something multiple times, you cannot get the stat bonuses multiple times, they stop at 3.
