Finally got around to watching this, and how did /tv/ collectively get filtered SO HARD by Pt. 1? I just finished it, and it's fucking KINO/amazing as fuck. Great post-apoc setting, shits on 28 Weeks Later by ignoring Paris being overrun, fantastic coming-of-age story, and good characters. What the fuck.
>>217418719>how did /tv/ collectively get filtered SO HARDExpecting /tv/ to have any taste of was your first mistake
>>217418719It’s not kino, but it’s alright. 6/10 at the most.
>>217421353Unfortunately becoming a more common occurrence with blockbusters
Nothing was wrong with part 1. There are a lot of really miserable people on this website who have nothing better to do except be bitter venomous assholes.
>>217421589People on this board have been absolute assholes the past year especially. I wonder what even happened?
Are the rumors true?

>>217420964>>217420966season 2 had the shortest development time, it was literally just the ideas they had to finish off the original 2 season anthology idea. at least it had a nice ending. I'm actually more unforgiving of the later seasons sucking.
>>217419695The issues began in S2 since the show wasn't meant to continue, but it went terminal in S3 when they introduced the evil blonde hair businessman mayor colluding with evil russians
S3 is when it became full on capeshit
>>217419695It's ok. A little goofy at times but the main plot works well enough. They should have killed off a lot of the characters though and Hopper shouldn't have been alive at all.The fifth season is an utter disaster though, I have no idea what they were thinking.

Is this Heated Rivalry show really that popular?
>>217421307Their is also the escapism element because both main characters are rich as fuck and live charmed lives. Call Me By Your Name also had a fairytale esque setting in Italy. Shows that indulge in something far removed from regular life or are highly escapist (the world of GoT and Fallout tv show) owe some of their success to these things
>>217421158>I won't be surprised if the books are Twilight-tier that the show elevated to something decent by making use of a novel premiseIt's quite a faithful adaption actually, the plot isn't too original but the actors are surprisingly good
No, can you stop spamming this fucking faggotry. You are too obvious shill

It was $5000 to go to prison.
>>217421694Hasn't that been Disney's problem since day 1 though? They want Star Wars to be the sequel trilogy not the original one. Oh the fucking hubris of the mouse.
