They consider that subject matter unfit for Bond and want them it rewritten with a more "action movie fit for streaming" directive.The auditions happening in February are going to decide the project's fate. If Villeneuve doesn't play ball, he'll be canned by Spring and replaced with a work-for-hire as Heyman lobbied for Villeneuve and is now regretting it as he can't get a leash on his ambitions.
