I finished The Blood on Satan's Claw much better than I thought it would be found the beginning a little slow but once stuff started happening it was pretty suspenseful throughout. I feel like Egger's was influenced a lot by this when he was producing The Witch.

Spooktober 5/31Watched The Other Lamb (2019)If I had to describe this movie in one word, it'd be 'weird'. It felt very slow, but not in the "building suspense" kind of way other horror movies do, it just felt like nothing was really happening. A lot of scenes felt like they were put in just to make things feel weird, like a ~15 second scene of like 8 women just shitting/pissing in the woods. That being said it's pretty well made, I liked how it was shot and I imagine there's some deep plot with plenty of subliminal hints or whatever that I missed. 6.5/10

This was really good. Hotvamps, nudity, sex scenes, brutal kills, plenty of blood. Some really great shots, atmosphere and the soundtrack is good except for the opening and ending credits song which sucks absolute balls. My only gripe was the first portion of the movie moves along a bit too slow.Any fan of the Karnstein trilogy of Hammer vampire films (Vampire Lovers, Lust For A Vampire, Twins Of Evil) will really enjoy this.Next few days I'm going to watch Blood & Roses 1960.
