Hello /v/I'm a PC only gamer have been working my way through original hardware and media and an arcade cabinet and some old TVs that they work with along with a bunch of computers after inheiriting a collection from my uncle and I have been having a LOT of fun playing the consoles and games for the last year with friends, enjoyed everything from space invaders on the 2600, through the nes,genesis n64, ps1, ps2, xbox, 360, psps ds and gameboy even had fun with wierd old stuff like the commodore 64, spectrum and amiga (there is some stuff I can't make work though like a colecovision, I think it is broken)and really enjoyed an arcade cabinet emulator but had to get a stool to sit on before it was fun brilliant game called double dragon.This Christmas I opened up the Wii. I liked the lightgun and 'wheeel' driving games on the PS1 and 2 and 360 and the old operation wolf 'zapper' game so was excited to try it when I saw the gun attachment in one of the boxes. Played links crossbow training (shit) house of the dead (shit) and Mario cart with the wheel (meh) and wii sports.I mean what the fuck was this thing? The controls are fucking awful, it came out years after the PS1 and it looks worse and it's laggy and crap and you have to glue that stupid fucking thing to your TV.How the fuck did this piece of utter crap sell so much? Why was there no outrage over it, as far as I can tell it was really popular.Is this wii thing when gaming died? I found the nintendo DS emulation on Wii to be lacking in frames per second. I would have also liked multiple emulators open at one time. I wanted to play GBA Final Fantasy I&II Dawn of Souls in kanji, katakana/hiragana, and english, but alas...that seems to be a personal computer blessing.

The weapons are another issue but there's not really any weapon that isn't viable into Aurics at least. Plus crafting. There's not a ton of new stuff besides a few maps, two new classes and some weapons though. I guess the talents/abilities would be fresh for you

The first several bosses are kinda mediocre but Omega Pirate, Meta Ridley, and Metroid Prime are good and fighting Space Pirates is fun with the research lab and Phazon Mines having fun encounters. It’s not as good as prime 2 but both are very close, and both are way better than Prime 3 which still isn’t really a bad game, and Prime 4 which is worse than 3. Prime 1 and 2 are both well placed in the 90 range, 3 could be in the low 80s, and 4 is like 60.

Anyone who says otherwise is huffing copium. You simply don't understand how OLED vs MiniLEDs work if you think it doesn't matter. The only debate I will entertain is WOLED vs QDOLED, because there is a genuine tradeoff between brightness and color saturation.
My patience has finally paid off. I refused to get OLED for my PC because of the god awful subpixel arrangement. Doesn't matter which kind you got, they all suck. Until now. They're finally going to release a 4k RGB stripe OLED monitor and it's going to be the best monitor on the market by a wide margin. The only drawbacks it will have is brightness and burn out but all OLED have those two problems and neither is ever going away so this will be the time to jump. No more shitty font rendering or awful colors. It's going to be glorious.

It sidelines most of the characters you spent time with for a conflict you thought was resolved half an act ago. Since Verso acts as the player character, any further character development you did at the team at camp is thrown away, which is really awkward. There could have been something interesting for the game to demonstrate about how the rest of the team is sidelined by the two painters' fighting over the fate of the world for their own selfish ends, but to me, it didn't actually feel that intentional. Lune, Sciel, Monoco and Esquie just feel forgotten, like they were always party filler the game tricked you into investing in.
