I'm unsure about my armor system. Using slash against plate is basically useless, while bashing does have some effect. Now I want a lucerne to have pierce and bash effect. One could use 60% pierce and 40% bash, but that's been done a thousand times.I thought of maybe (first) impact damage. Having this one can simulate a lucerne and a sword, too. The sword impacts with its cutting edge and with its full weight.Tl;dr2 (differing) damage dies for physical weapons with two damage types. Thoughts?
