Buddhism in moderation is good. Some desires are bad and should be done away with. How do you manage to control your energy on higher streaks? I feel like i could explode at any given moment and I've tried to transmute my energy into creativity (writing, designing), exercising, doing podcast, making alott of money, having a qt girlfriend and succeeded so far with flying colors.and still i feel like there's so SO MUCH within me that keeps me up at night.
