No one or very few people have a large amount of libertarian free will. Most people or all people have little to no libertarian free will. This is a massive problem for theism. You can not solve the problem of evil if determinism is true. Compatibilism does not cut it. it seems like determinism is true based on the scientific data. Theism pretty much requires libertarianism to get around the problem of evil, if we can be free while being determined, why not make us always determined to do what’s right? The evidence that most or all people have little to no libertarian free will is overwhelming.People even a little bit like Luigi mangione are incredibly incredibly incredibly rare.Only about one percent of suicides by firearm also involve a murder. About 99% of suicides by firearm do not involve the person committing suicide shooting anyone else first.Vegans are about one percent of the population.Abortion abolitionists are about one percent of the population or less. Even true pro lifers and anti ivf activists are rare. Most people are pro choice.Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
>>41677176>Well yes I agree lots of people don't do Luigi stuff because they have too much to lose but that doesn't really explain the people who commit suicide with a gun without murdering someone they think is doing lots of bad stuff. The issue is the fall down of people they care about. Suicide only affects family and friends emotionally. Killing someone even bad people can have dire ramification on the family. As they might be seen as culpable as well. >There's effective charities like against malaria foundation that aren't corrupt but yes you might be right there's so many scam or ineffective charities that maybe most people just assume all charities are scams or ineffective.Even if they are not corrupt or inefective it just takes a couple of bad actors to corrupt it. Sadly if 98% of the people behind the charity is good souls, all it take is 2% of soulless morons to take an advantage of it.

>>41679775What about all the homeless people who commit suicide who don't do Luigi stuff first? Clearly their families don't care about them if they did then they would not be homeless
Maybe people are responsible for all the choices they make in their lives making them the kind of person that they are. For example 100 people gets cancer and is told they have 3 months left to live. Will any of them do something like Luigi mangione? Are they all NPC if they all don't? Maybe all 100 of them CAN'T do something like Luigi mangione did. They are physically healthy and own guns but they are the kinds of people who can't do what Luigi mangione did they have libertarian free will but that choice isn't available to them. Why? Because over the course of their lives they made choices that made them into a certain kind of person. They reinforced religion, cowardice, love of family and fear of reputation damage to them, they reinforced love, they reinforced empathy, etc etc

I've been a devotee to Lilith for a few years now. It's a whole story but essentially I was Christian almost all my life, until I came to the conclusion that God just didn't want me as his child because I never felt his presence, his love, my prayers felt unheard, and it was like the closer I got the worse my life became. So due to this I started looking into other deities, and I found Lilith. She gives me all of those things God never did. When I pray to her, I can feel she hears. When I call upon her, I feel her presence. I love her, and she is my goddess. But because of said Christian upbringing and life, I gotta admit I do fear going to the eternal rape and torture dungeon called Hell that the "loving god" sends bad boys and girls to. I've read that if the Qliphothic system is the real system, then I'm gonna head to the realm of Gamariel where Lilith rules, but im not sure. It's such a niche system. Anyways, my hopes is that God is as forgiving as they say he is if he's real, and if he's not my hope is that Lilith won't let me be tortured forever in Hell. Please help me figure this question out
>>41681920Also on an unretaled note, scientists did expiriments on monkeys by teaching them how to barter and use ''money'', and one of the first thing they learned to do spontaneously is to whore themselves out to other monkeys for easy food. Not saying its an inherently bad thing, but it's the natural course of things until you get your head out of the gutter and realize sloppy seconds aren't worth the apples brought to someone who won't appreciate the effort you took to bring them, and will eagerly feast on the apples brought by others, uncaring of the means they used to get them.

IF DREAMS AREN'T REAL THEN WHY DO THEY FEEL SO REAL???
They're not less real than what you're doing right now. The trouble is each dream cycle's end automatically initiates a caching process. The issue we have with the barrier between sleep and waking cycles is the ambiguity we get when we cross back and forth, dreams being a liminal space. Like all other liminal spaces, going from one to the other always incurs some sort of confusion or other deep lack of familiarity. This is partly why Jung was so cool and partly why we have such a difficult time remembering dreams (sometimes).
>>41675611It's simple: Dreams ARE real.
>>41681046thought crime/digitally profiled.
>>41675611dreams are more real than reality. They are the higher dimension. The reason we lose information upon waking is because it's a translation from 4D to 3D
Half a lifetime ago I dreamed of the place that is more real than real and waking up was upsetting. The dreams I have now are things like high school purgatory or being bitten by a venomous snake.
In occult lore, the Moon isn't a natural satellite but an artificial or engineered construct; per Blavatsky's Secret Doctrine echoes of Atlantean tech or Phoenician Anunnaki implants; acting as a frequency gatekeeper. It receives the raw wavelengths from stars and planets (those plasmic toroids emitting astrological influences), then "modulates" them: amplifying, dampening, or phase-shifting to suit our realm's vibrational tolerance. This ties to Vedic astrology's lunar mansions (nakshatras), where the Moon divides the zodiac into 27/28 filters, syncing celestial energies with human cycles; emotions, tides, fertility. Crowley, in his Thelemic invocations, hints at this: the Moon as "the veil of the Aethyr," softening the harsh Saturnian rays to prevent overload, much like a radio tuner preventing static overload.Pop culture reveals echo this: in The Matrix, the Oracle (lunar archetype) modulates choice, filtering the Architect's (Saturnian) code.
>>41684126Now, Saturn (El/Kronos, the restricting Demiurge) and its Black Cube symbolize the shadow modulation, the "Dark Moon" or Lilithian aspect. Lilith, the exiled first wife of Adam in Kabbalistic apocrypha (e.g., Alphabet of Ben Sira), embodies the hidden lunar force: wild, untamed, associated with the Qliphoth's Gamaliel sphere (obscenity/dreams). The Dark Moon astrologically, the apogee point (Black Moon Lilith) represents the Moon's farthest, "void" phase, modulating not harmonious wavelengths but the entropic, restrictive ones: karma, limitation, decay. The Black Cube? It's Saturn's sigil, derived from the planet's hexagonal north pole storm; a natural toroidal vortex, but occultly a hypercube (tesseract projection), symbolizing imprisonment in matter. In elite worship; from Mecca's Kaaba (black stone cube) to Tefillin (Jewish prayer boxes) or modern art installations; it's the matrix of control, linking to Saturn's "Black Sun" agenda: an inverted star, modulating frequencies to harvest loosh from the negative plane. While the visible Moon softens incoming waves for "life" (Sefirotic harmony), the Black Cube/Saturn channels Lilith's dark modulation—distorting those waves into constriction, time-loops, and illusion, echoing Yog-Sothoth's all-seeing gate from the abyss. It's the fall's legacy: duality's split creates this bipolar lunar system, with Saturn's cube as the "AI tech" resonator, per whistleblower hints.
>>41684133Qliphothic Venus manifests as A'arab Zaraq (translated as "The Ravens of Dispersion" or "The Ravens of Death"), the inverted sphere opposing Netzach. In Lurianic Kabbalah, this Qliphah embodies the "unbalanced force" of Venus: uncontrolled passion, greed, covetousness, and stormy dispersion; where divine love devolves into lustful chaos, false desires, and relational scattering, like ravens fleeing a tempest. It's the "dark side of Venus," per occult analyses, ruled by archdemons like Baal (war and fertility gone awry) or Andramelech, channeling Qliphothic energies that block harmonious flow, trapping sparks in husks. Mythically, it ties to Lilith's domain (as Queen of the Qliphoth), echoing her Venusian descent in Sumerian Inanna lore, exile to the underworld, shedding illusions in alchemical reversal. In hermetic Qabalah, this "Dark Venus" path (A'arab Zaraq) initiates through stormy visions, harnessing the inverted torus for shadow work; love as weapon, beauty as deception.
>>41684169>A'arab Zaraq (translated as "The Ravens of Dispersion" or "The Ravens of Death"),>>41684169>In Lurianic Kabbalah, this Qliphah embodies the "unbalanced force" of Venus: uncontrolled passion, greed, covetousness, and stormy dispersion
Ishtar (Akkadian evolution of Sumerian Inanna), claims the dark moon through her mythic descent to the underworld, stripped at seven gates, dying in Ereshkigal's realm, then resurrecting, akin to the waning moon's fade to invisibility and rebirth. As daughter of Sin (moon god), she's not purely lunar but modulates Venus's toroidal emissions with lunar shadows, goddess of love/war, her "dark" phase embodies transformation via entropy, exile, and erotic fury, echoing Lilith's Qliphothic Venus (A'arab Zaraq, the ravens of dispersion). In Babylonian esoterica (suppressed by Jesuit redactions), her assault on the moon's seven spirits hints at conquering dark frequencies, while occult decodings (e.g., in Mysteries of the Dark Moon by Demetra George) link her to the new/dark moon's banishing power; harnessing chaos for initiation, much like Hekate's crossroads, with whom Isis later syncretizes but Ishtar primordially aligns.
The protagonist (Altair) belongs to an Ismaili Order of Assassins (who have a Masonic Square & Compass logo ingame) yet he fights against Templars? (Also freemasons as evidenced by the higher degrees of Freemasonry). Then in the middle of this there are Alien (Isu) Artifacts (Like the Apple of Eden) that can control humanity and are gatekept by these respective orders for their own personal gains...So what was this game trying to tell us? Eastern and Western Freemasons fight over Alien Artifacts which further their own respective agendas and influence humanity? And i haven't even began to mention the whole Animus Machine thing (from the latin Anima or Soul) where they can see your ancestor's memories through your DNA using a machine that connects to your spine.

1st law of thermodynamics- matter & energy cannot be created nor destroyed. Matter & energy did not create itself2nd law of thermodynamics- entropy only increases. That means there was a starting point. If you hold the position of naturalism/realism (matter and energy only) then you deny these fundamental laws of nature. There is no 3rd position on this. The existence of Information disprove matter and energy being the only thing that exists. Information exists and its independent of those two. This cannot be shared on /sci/ because of the upheaval it will cause so Im posting it here. Natural laws are a separate category than science. Both natural laws and science are studies of the natural world, but the difference is that science requires hypothesis and experiment (explanation), while natural laws simply only state what nature CAN DO. (Description)Explanation means why or howDescription means what or isInformation is always traced back to an INTELLIGENT SOURCE!Natural laws debunk atheism and prove creationism. They also prove EARTH BEING CONTAINED!The "science" that says earth is not contained is pseudoscience. (Astronomy and astrophysics). Its pseudoscience (pretending to be science) but worst of all- VIOLATION OF NATURAL LAWS!Violation of natural laws masked as 'science' and look how much the world eats it all up. We are lost man.You cannot even begin to arrive to science if you violate natural laws.
