I was thinking like REALLY small drives. Non-premium? non-premium spotify goes up to 128kbps vorbis while non-premium youtube can do 128kbps opus - which is theoretically transparent. So youtube wins.

With premium, Spotify offers lossless as well as 320kbps vorbis (which is supposedly transparent too), while youtube offers 256kbps opus (and aac). If you include lossless, spotify wins, excluding lossless, youtube wins. I'm not sure if every audio source on youtube supports 256kbps but whatever anyway.
And I'm only mentioning excluding lossless because it uses a much higher bitrate than 320kbps and you might not want that much data use.
