W8ndows and macOS can't build their UI in Rust because they would need to start everything from scratch and redesign all their apps for compatibility. It is the same reason Windows still keep Control Panel and other programs that look like they are from1997

Is it because most of the people using Linux are on older computers that can't run the cool things that make Fedora and KDE good? Is there a reason people boycott Fedora?

Shitting on KDE is always a productive use of anyone's time. I hope the KDE conference in India catches a fire and all the KDEjeets and KDE devs burn like pork. That is the least of what they deserve for creating an abomination like KDE. I swear to god, I will make sure KDE motherfucking dies one day. The world of FOSS belongs to GNOME and GTK. KDE is a disease to be purged and nothing more.

You know, I bet Valve has looked into it, but probably not viable when you look at the time frame from start to actually producing a product, not to mention costs would be absurd compared to shit manufactured overseas due to US red tape. "Free trade" is why America can no longer have nice things.

Think this is the frist time Apple has made something that I actually want to buy and might actually be willing to pay MSRP for. I want a nice screen, a battery that isn't garbage, and an operating system that's not Windows. All I'll end up doing with it is watching Jellyfin, streaming games over Moonlight, and watching porn so honestly I don't see a much better option at the price point. Where's the catch bros, make me hate Apple again

Fake Assassin from Fate/strange Fake? Did you just describe/reference her? I was trying out some characters from that series recently, I've tried a few variations of her "name", but it didn't seem to work. It recognises Lionheart (plus Gilgamesh and Enkidu, but those appeared in other works before), but it fails to get Hippolyta.

I just bought one and it's unironically the best monitor I've ever used in my life. Nothing else comes even close to the quality of this thing. And that's not even considering the build quality of the stand and how smooth the height adjustment is. How is it that Apple always so far ahead of the entire computer industry with their high end products?
