How do I safely install software on an airgapped system? Do I just bring it online periodically to install updates? Installing software on Linux always involves downloading dependencies separately whereas on Windows, the dependencies are often packaged with the software in the form of dlls. Would it be easier to maintain an airgapped system with Windows installed?

My goal isn't increased security, I just hate having constant access to the internet and wish I could spend most of my time offline only using the internet when absolutely necessary.

Also, what is some good technical literature for me to refer to instead of relying on google/messageboards?

lol as a long time neet I can tell you AI is the best thing to ever fucking happen ever. It angers inkcels and allows me to spend my time creating sex stories that are not censored by big corpos and online puritanical faggots like a lot of you rw retards. It also makes OF and other low effort shit sellers seethe a fuckload. AI has also helped me in many other aspects of life where people pay wall shit or get angry when asked questions. Also this "slop" you talk about provides me with tons of new content that is hilarious. I've spent hours looking at normies and others trying to prompt porn on sora2. All these newfags on 4chan do not understand the lengths nudity and sex will get people to go. As soon as its easy for people to generate sex and other explicit shit easily without censorship everyone will stopping giving a fuck about "slop".

what I mean by easy I mean they log in and prompt a few words with a cheap subscription of $10 a month and get hours length content. Right now its all censored shit and the cost to pay for content created porn from normies is far to much for to little. When porn on the internet is basically free people will pay for premium content or more then that 10 second downloaded clip (like it used to be).

Also wanted to add that even though I fucking hate inkcels I don't think they have anything to worry about unless what they produce is dog shit to begin with or overpriced and they think they deserve more.

People think they hate AI but what they really hate is the politics and economics underlying it, which does not have the average person (particularly American's) interests at heart. You can use a hammer to build a house or break a window; AI is a hammer.

>We trained six 1.3-billion parameter models poisoned across three medical domains
For one these are tiny models by today's standards. And the real problem is that academia doesn't know anything about LLMs or transformers. They're basically industry secrets. The "research" academia is putting out today is 2 years out of date. That's why the companies are so incestuous. They get basically nothing out of hiring grads because the actual cutting edge is purely corporate because of the scale of resources needed to train modern LLMs. So yeah, the paper is a joke. Looking at the authors, it's just some NYU graduates in the school of data science doing the actual training. Everyone else is medical doctors apparently. It's just cope because general physicians are being exposed as the retards they are.

Regardless of whether it actually delivers on its promises or not which is a completely different conversation, AI is the first novel technology that is universally and unabashedly recognized by the wider public as well as key industry people to make people’s lives worse and more difficult. Whether that’s through unemployment, surveillance, removal of creativity, uniformly dull outputs, lack of human help or interaction in daily affairs, etc. That’s why so many people despise it.

Its a stark contrast compared to the 20th century where all novel technology was universally heralded by everyone aside from a handful of luddites. It was so positively received because everyone thought tech would make our lives easier and better. The pessimism that permeates through the current social atmosphere makes it impossible to believe that anything might happen which would be to the benefit of the collective public.

Ok on phones, cringe on desktop.
Requires one more click on the latter and reduces accessibility.
(((They))) like opinionated UX, using burgers, carousels, accordions, popups because the app/site seeks attention and there is a need to hide important information under click to reveal. The users are not supposed to complain that it is time wasting.
Since everything is mobile first, everyone should know this is the menu button.
