They are more comfortable to carry though. They're also significantly worse to shoot than similar height double stack guns particularly for those with larger hands. I honestly think they're a mistake, I've gone back to double stack for all of my belt gun needs, if I'm going to bother with more than a pocket gun then I want it to shoot well.
