Your name is (write in), and at only 25 years old you are the best and highest-paid football player in the world. There’s still a long road ahead before you’re widely considered the GOAT, but deep down that’s already your reality — just another fact. With your recent achievement of a fifth ring and another MVP, even the most stubborn critics accept that, at your current pace, your coronation is inevitable. Your idol Tom Brady can only watch as you reach his numbers at lightning speed. He respects you, admires you, and says that in five years there won’t be any serious debate left — you’ll be crowned while still in your prime. Your impact on football is something incredibly rare in the world of sports. Hopefully nothing bad happens to you before that.

Taiwman, late February.

You’ve been celebrating the championship for days in a nonstop party. You landed your private jet here, loaded with rich friends and wild girls, so you can all enjoy the new futuristic district filled with robots, super-drugs, and flying cars.

Your best friend is:

>Raptor, a punk pornstar with a split tongue and a very intense palate. She loves vampires and knows everything about dinosaurs.
>Fugaku, a professional ping-pong player who also carves swords into bamboo for fun.
>Alexey, a blind Russian singer who jokes about how easy life would be if he had telekinetic powers.
>Julian, a Mexican running back who loves insects.

The succubus job definitely seems like what we should do first. Has Khyber or Xiphos ever heard of the brain monster, and if not do they know anyone who might know?

This is also a good idea. Before we even THINK about the castle job, we need to go full librarian and do research, if none of our party know about how to avoid being brain-dominated.

Well, here we are.

You were woken up from a midday nap by the grinding of the brakes as the train arrived at X-X Station (pronounced "Double Cross," according to a clerk), and thus missed the first opportunity to queue for a quick exit from the car, as you were still quite drowsy and groping around to ensure that your possessions had (also) arrived unperturbed. Now you have queued behind a pair of rotund priests (Reformists, you think), as they gingerly step onto the platform and lose themselves in the sea of people. There are more people here than you've ever seen in once place, at least since you were a child. It's hot: hotter than it would ever get in Iscthymia. At least it's a dry heat there. Here you can feel every layer of clothing beginning to drip. But you can't take off your jacket just yet. It's dangerous, you think.

If there is one thing you hate it's traveling over-encumbered, so, in the spirit of new beginnings, you packed only the bare essentials. There's a nagging feeling of regret as you begin to intuit that perhaps you wouldn't know what would really count as essential in this new chapter of your life, in Chaotzakka, with its fourteen million people. These are things you would've pondered on the train ride had you not dozed off immediately. You're carrying a hardshell briefcase, a backpack that's coming apart at the seams, and a little bum bag crossed over your shoulder. You lift your patrol cap to see more clearly; you don't want to remove it as your hair is almost certainly a mess, but the material is itchy. The cap and bag are from your year of mandatory civil service. The backpack is from your school days. The briefcase used to be your dad's.

You're trying to get used to the smells and sounds. It seems like everything ticks, rings, or thuds in this city. You are buffeted by a blast of hot steam and struggle to breathe for a moment. Unlike a country bumpkin such as yourself, city-dwellers know to back away from the train as soon as they get off. That's why they call the station the "sauna." Just a little sample of that big-city wit for you.

You thought you'd checked that you had everything before getting off the train, but a sudden irrational panic grips you and you fear having left your most important possession behind. But of course this isn't the case; you can feel its weight on your right hip. Still, just for assurance, you reach down with your free hand and grip your

[ Very sorry for the wait, weekends are more complicated for me. Weekend updates will probably be more spaced-out in the future.]

Well, if Galick knew who your dad was, you may as well find out who else did. After a moment of doubt, you ask Garrett straight up: did he know him?

Garrett meets your gaze with an inscrutable expression. A moment passes before he answers... "Sorry, but no. I mean, I knew of him. But, if you're wondering, I didn't know about this connection when we met."

That's kind of a relief.

The two of you rejoin the table amidst a newly-enlivened conversation. Hassan whispers at you again, though. "Hey, why the hell does everyone here think you killed that monster back in the Zone?" You don't know how to respond to this.

"I mean, not that I mind, but..." He does seem to mind a bit. "People here have been fed a different version of events. Nobody here seems to know about Maggde."

You wonder if the Talons decided to downplay their role in today's disastrous excursion for the sake of damage control. But then again, Chernabel and Umaz were also there, and it's not like the giant smoke cloud wasn't visible for miles... do people think you pulled off a miraculous feat, or have they assumed that you're some kind of prodigy? How exactly do they think you managed to incinerate that monster?

"Gill and Kane, stay here and keep watch. Alert us if anybody sails near the wreckage. The rest of you, with me."

“Yessir, boss!”

Two men split off from the group and stand guard by the gaping hole that had allowed you all an entrance. It was a miracle the remains of the ship were afloat at all, nearly half of it shorn off by Sea Devil knows what. You count yourself lucky you weren't a part of the battle and count yourself even luckier that you and the rest of the bandits got here first.

Somehow, you doubt even your imagination can conceive the type of loot a ship from the fleet of an Emperor of the Sea might contain.

You proceed down the hallway, avoiding the gouges in the flooring and the dagger-sharp planks sticking out of the walls. The primary instinct that strikes you is to hover at the back of the pack, but there seems to be constant jockeying for position over there - no good bandit welcomes a backstabbing - so you stay where you are and keep your eyes and ears open. This wasn't your first job with these guys, but that was no invitation to let your guard down.

The boss kicks down a door and steps inside a room up ahead. With furtive looks at each other, the rest of you follow suit and funnel in. Scattered gasps and murmurs fill the silence of the chamber.

The chamber was chock-full of glittering, glorious treasure chests.

"Boys... we hit the JACKPOT!" The boss of the bandits nearly stumbles; such is his excitement in approaching the nearest chest. The rings on his hand clink together as he reaches for the clasp that separates riches from the ragged. One more step...

>>[Maverick + Tactician (3)] Actually, the Einherjar sent to capture Gundersen had a couple of less than lethal weapons. They were probably intending to capture him to execute somewhere public. Order Daisy to remain on Standby, and follow them to the surface. Jormungandr would have to make an appearance if "He" suddenly died in front of a crowd...

There's potentially a big pay off going to the surface, but it could endanger civilians and risk our opsec.
Meanwhile we have an opportunity to create a legendary innie nightmare here. There are a bunch of rumors and horror stories about Spartans that are spread around amongst innie circles that we need to contribute to lol.

>"Daisy, collect the high value prisoners and relocate them, I'll provide a distraction", then hop down and engage the enemy in CQC [DC 20. +1 Giant, +5 Brawler/ Swordbreaker, +2 SQ: Spartan-II]

Gundersen could be valuable as a puppet or catspaw to lessen the bloodshed by making surrender an actually attractive option to any civvies that drank the kool-aid or other Einherjar who are basically out of morale.

He may also be able to get us the priesthood and\or the potential ruins here. Little too valuable to risk.

Write in: Throw a Frag or two ahead of us to break their formation and soften them up.

I'm not big on that Maverick option. Seems unnecessarily complicated and risky for something that can be achieved more easily in other ways. Keep it simple, stupid.

I've been sick since Christmas Eve, so the lull has been beneficial, but I Woke Up As a Jedi Princess? will resume tomorrow!

Across the stars there exists a legend walking among the myriad species of the stars, and his name is Zarus.

Zarus is a creature that is known as a human, a species that came from somewhere unknown. In truth, they aren't too much unlike those of the intergalactic community, with meager lives only a fraction as long as yours, of flesh and blood and with hands and feet, spacedust given fleeting form. Only, Zarus himself isn't like other humans - at least, not to your or anyone else in the galaxy's knowledge. Zarus is the most powerful of all psykers in the galaxy. This is by far, no contest. He doesn't perform acts as directly lifting his enemies and sending them flying, no. His reality changing powers are matched only by his warped perspective and inflated ego. Many have tried to kill him, and the world itself bends over backwards to protect him. Bullets sheer by him, laser weapon systems malfunction as they pull the trigger, bombs spontaneously detonate before he enters their blast radius, and other psykers lose their powers as he draws near. Some speculate you could catch him off guard with orbital bombardment or destroying the very planet he stands on, but the empires of the galaxy know he is more precious alive than dead. If it weren't for his self-centered attitude and racial prejudice, he would have had any seat he desired in any empire of his choice, but he prefers the free life of a gun for hire.

If you were to believe the man himself, he was once part of a crew of fifty men sailing through the stars, incidentally struck by debris of an ancient errant missile smashing into a nearby asteroid. The lone survivor, he landed on a fertile planet in the process of colonization and took it as a sign he was still protected by his gods. The planet he refused to name, but rumor has it he calls his home the "mystic city of Agartha." Many have gone to search for it. Some empires are running vast intelligence operations to acquire any information they can about the city. You know better than to actively go and find a planet where there may be hundreds, thousands, millions of humans just as capable as Zarus in the psychic arts. Their elevation to a spacefaring race would upheave the order of the entire galaxy.

So of course, you came across the planet on pure accident.

One of your crewmembers remarked how you have been ordering them backward, that they should have laid groundwork for the world's politics and the colony beacon first. Nonsense. You had to make sure that the lifeforms on this planet would complicate matters- which, as you are all now well aware, they are very capable of. You are a larger form of life than others, and as such your ships are scaled to a large degree, but the common form of those sky beasts are comparable to one of your scouting ships in size, the largest of which is a rather large fraction of your superyacht's size; which is no small feat, and would nevertheless wreak havoc upon the exterior should it get close. Clearly they have never heard of looking before leaping.

Now that you have marked off certain regions as requiring clearance to even be near, you can perform more safer tasks. Now, you will humor that crew member by sending him on the scouting ship to identify and "acquire" some multilingual and knowledgeable Agarthans. The Agarthan tongue is familiar to you, so one of them is the easiest starting point to learning other languages and cultures.

It may be risky; none of your casual observations have shown the average human performing the reality-warping acts of Zarus, but perhaps they may not have been pressed to...

>Investigate Colony Beacon
Off to the forests of southern Agarthan territory, a thick natural border between the metropolitan area of the golden megacity and a nearby desert, there is a now overgrown crash site of a small colonizing ship of your origin. The initial scan of the area was bleak, but the scouting returned grim results.

Your kind descended onto this planet in the most haphazard and reckless fashion aboard this space-faring ship. It is mostly intact, but inside the ship are bodies snapped out of shape in ways even your kind cannot recover from. They clearly died on impact.

Most colonizer ships are staffed with a crew of 50, bearing themselves, capsules containing the future of your species, and relevant beacons to beckon the automated colonization system to wherever they deem fit to plant their roots. This vessel had no distinct mission, just to survey and mark outer regions of the galaxy for viable planets for assimilation into the empire and to lay the groundwork when they do. Whether or not these planets were occupied were of little import; the way your colonization works, hovering over the planet and beckoning resources hither would have been enough. Under zero circumstances should it have even attempted landing. Checking the itinerary, the crew included mostly standard volunteers and experts in colonization, but also a very peculiar VIP; an admiral of repute, one who had went missing nearly a decade ago on a personal leave.

After triple-checking the nearby surrounds, your crew has found 48 bodies of your kind. Between the horrific mangling of the bodies aboard and the natural decay of particular features, none of them are even remotely identifiable. Any survivors made zero attempt to seed this planet and zero attempt to escape it. No landing program or poor piloting can be the cause of this.

All in all, the report offers a chilling suggestion: someone with authority of the controls had put the nose down and said good night for themselves and everyone aboard. What would compel someone to perform such suicidal assassination has been beyond your kind for eons. To convince one of your own to end the lives of their peers is... unfathomable.

You dread that the perpetrator lived to tell the tale, and collect whatever reward they had on the admiral's head. Or that the Agarthans found the wreckage and extracted two bodies of your kind for whatever purposes they see fit. Frankly, you do not know which would be worse.

It’s a beautiful early Wednesday morning! All the love sessions have come to an end, and now you must return to the not-so-violent reality (because you’re cuddling with Beth); one in which you must keep your promise. You must go on a date with Celia. She even went through the trouble to remind you with a text. Not the best way to wake up, but a way to wake up nonetheless. You must fulfill even if you’re tired! And if! With the legendary Calamity Cola, you’ll be at 100% in a second…

You drink the evil beverage to recover all your stamina.

“Busy again?” Beth woke up as well.

“Yeah, sorry…” You lament.

“Relax, my beloved. I have you covered…” Beth snaps her fingers. “Don’t forget to return to me once again.”

You reappear at the front of the Prisoner’s house with your casual clothes on! Oh, and with a breakfast box. Looks decent. It’s like you were expelled out of Beth’s domain back to the silly real world…

It’s pretty clear that, with the thermostat still broken, it’d be better if you part ways — and do your own thing. The problem is that you weren’t here alone! Maybe you should ask them to bring those lovely people over?

What do you do?

Grand Zen-Oh, the omni king and ruler of the omniverse has declared there will be a massive tournament to be held in his honor. A grand affair between several universes, each battling it out for the very right to exist. And at the forefront of this grand spectacle will be the Saiyans of Universe 7, who Grand Zen-Oh has grown fond of watching battle. Twenty eight years ago, the Saiyan race were annexed into the PTO as just another race, one of many sent to conquer other worlds. Now, the Saiyans are widely regarded as the strongest warrior race in the entire Seventh Universe, defenders of the PTO led by their strongest, the “Dragon of New Salda” General Karn and his family.

You the players will (most often) control Karn. A man who has grown from his lowly beginnings as a Saiyan Brawler with a sub-3000 powerlevel in Age 733 to become not only the strongest Saiyan of his time at AGE 759, but also personal friend to the former emperor Lord Freeza, father to well over a dozen powerful and unique children, a mentor and teacher to his fellow Saiyans, and the best hope for his universe's continued survival. No one warrior can hope to battle eight other universes' strongest fighters alone and hope to prevail, one man's power and skill won't be enough to overcome the looming threat of extermination. But this coming battle will be the ultimate test of how you've lived your life until now, the choices you made not only for yourself, but for the fate of your entire universe.

I can see where he's coming from with that honestly. Did anybody in the League or from the world's various governments thing to clarify that with him at some point or...?
The actual planetary authority of a planet like "Earth" feels like something the General of the PTO should be aware of.

You are Lieren of Nothing, philosopher of some renown, Hunter of some skill, Primarch of the 2nd legion of the emperor of mankind's space marines, grand architect and head of the Long-Jian ministry of development, friend of the oppressed, enemy of tyrants and husband of the living ship Kanzeon, among a great many other things, including dabbler of the secrets of the old ones and poet of some skill.

Presently, you are above an uncontacted world of a substrain of humanity, using a mixture of high technology and sheer telekinetic force to create a monument from the debris left behind by the skirmish with an ork fleet, combining together the metal hulls of the ships that were lost in the battle to form a monolith of burnt and sundered still, that Kanzeon is engraving with the names and histories of the crews of the ship. It is to honor their ultimate sacrifice for a cousin of mankind that had not even known they'd been threatened.

A cousin you shall soon meet personally, the envoys that were sent had all agreed that your presence and company would be most welcome as they traveled beneath the frozen surface of the unnamed world to meet with the representatives of the city states, that the aspirants of your legion had, while you and their senior and future astartes brothers waged war against the pirate fleet, had managed to get in contact with the abhuman race. They had taken your challenge to learn how to solve the communication barrier with a society that did not know the sky above their mines existed, yet alone of the worlds beyond their worlds with great gusto and had devised a novel means of breaking that barrier. Which they had done themselves, to prove it'd work. They'd started by sending dummy distress signals near to the surface, which allowed the abhuman miners to realize the source must be coming from beyond their world of rock and stone.

And then followed by sending transmission to the groups that had figured it out, and providing proof of a world beyond their mines. Somehow, this was not met with skepticism or derision by the rest of their societies, but rather a rush to be the first to make contact with the "Uplanders" as the underground dwellers called the aspirants and you supposed everyone else

There was some grumbling, when an Astartes that had been left on the planet to watch over and run the boys through drills had happened upon and discovered what the aspirants were getting up to, but the response from the rulers of the four blocs, which were formed by councils of elders that represented the interests and vendettas of various clans and families, had been one of intrigue and praise for such "Clever little beardlings".

Buried under red sands,

Below churning oceans of steam and clanking gears,

Beneath corridors that defied reason and the laws of logic.

A serpent of potentials and progress shifted in it's chains.

A promise of silvered perfection and purity of purpose stirring in its dreams.

The shifts in it's slumber shook minds, quaked foundations of logic, echoed across causality.

The deep thing in the dark.

Above all this, oblivious and beyond for can an amoeba conceive of Constants?

Yes! A drama-free picnic at the special recharge point is exactly what I need right now! And I might be able to increase my Meal Preparation skill!

Cady smiles at Ren and Deline. "Why don't we have a pool picnic?"

Ren blinks. "A picnic?"

"You mean at the waterfall pool behind the academy?" Deline presses her elbows against her sides and squirms in place. "That sounds like so much fun!" She stops and looks at Cady. "But what are we going to eat?"

"We can stop by the marketplace and pick up what we need." Cady smirks at Ren. "It'll be cheaper than the café!"

"That's very considerate, Princess." Ren looks up at Quadi. "You want to come with?"

Quadi slaps the power droid's top surface with a clunk. "Some of us have work to do."

Cady turns as they walk through the marketplace and holds up the bag in her hand toward Ren. "Um... thanks for buying this, Ren."

"I always pay on dates." Ren's grin catches Cady off-guard and her face flushes before she can turn it away.

Deline peeks into the bag "What are you going to make with those yargle eggs if you're not going to cook them?"

"You'll find out when we eat!" Cady glances over her shoulder and quickly looks away from Ren's grin. As she does, a familiar nametag catches her attention.

"Master Cynto!" Fili is already looking at them when Deline calls and waves. "What are you doing here?"

Ren grins at Fili. "Even Jedi Masters have to go shopping, huh?"

Fili smiles at Ren and turns her hand up as Harn appears behind Cady. "We thought it might be nice to have a droid at the academy." Fili tilts her head toward Harn. "Any luck?"

"They were too expensive."

>You should come with!
One does not simply pass up th chance to see your hunky jedi instructor in the pool, Cady.

Besides it's not like this is an exclusive date with Ren since Deline is there and this will probably let Ren try to pitch the droid idea at them more so he should be down for it. (Assuming he's going hard with this to try and use the funds to buy Koe's contract?)

>W-would you like to come with?

Even if we can’t handle it, better to die chasing your dreams than live an empty shell.

Also might be a good opportunity to “let it slip” that Ren has some force potential.

You see his face. Sharp razor slit eyes etched onto a hulking creature’s giant head, which would give children across the galaxy vivid nightmares, stare into your soul. It produces no feeling of horror or fear, nor any other natural response, because you know him. Those eyes that are locked onto yours are dulled, empty, lifeless. The vacant glare causes your heart to wither in your chest. It was you, you did this, you killed your closest friend. A man who has saved your life, and you killed him. Now his face is slack, muscles relaxed, and his eyes are barren; all that vigour and life that he carried around with him is forever gone, never to return.

It was your choice to kill him. Sith Lord Yvalok presented the options to you. During your months on Lao training as a Sith Acolyte you, Vulfstahn a child of the extinct Sith people, have shown a wild potency with the Force which is unequalled by your supposed peers. This rare talent caught Yvalok’s eyes and has him captivated with your development, wanting nothing more than to see you flourish. The ancient human decided to gift you hate through a choice: slay Urr’tal in a duel or watch as Yira gets gangraped. You gave the withered husk of a Human your answer. With a slash of your sword, you betrayed Urr’tal, ending all the myriad great possibilities he could have achieved in his prodigious lifespan.

The Sith Lord that would be nothing but a frail old man if not for his mastery of the dark side of the Force stands above you as thick red ichor spews from the Whiphid’s severed neck. Forced onto the hard durasteel floor by a burst of lightning, you are enveloped by the growing pool of your friend’s blood. His decapitated head rests in front of you, not able to steal your eyes away from the lifeless face as his matted fur stains from his bleeding. Yvalok monologues and lectures, but you can’t hear him. The unblinking eyes have stolen your world.

I don't think its going to be in our favour, it's her cashing in on the lessons that have: Allowed us to humiliate Thane, survive the ambush and duel Seyra on reasonably even grounds.
We've already gained the benefits, time to pay up.

As for the Yvalok... Yea, but that guys a cunt.
And no, gods no, do not show weakness to that one. Do not show her anything but confidence and strength.
>>
>>6350265
Fuck Yvalok.
Pride comes before being humble under that cunt. We do as we wish, not as he wishes.

>Bend the knee to Seyra
No. Prison rules, we are currently on even footing. We made a whole song and dance about us being in charge and the consequences for contradicting us.

You'd undo ALL that we have worked on with her to now capitulate of OUR OWN FUCKIN' VOLITION! Unacceptable. Completely Unacceptable.

We have Hela as our tutor, use her, and use the fact that she's now out of protection to try and extort more lessons from her.
>>
>>6350087
I, for one, like the idea of inter-academy competition.

>>6350275
>>6350273
I also 100% agree: fuck Yvalok.
>>
>>6350273
I meant more the change in dynamic, weither it's hitching ourselves to her rise, or figuring out an angle to gain from her fall, returning the favor is simply a given in that.

>>6350275
I think I misspoke, I was thinking less a capitulation and more an exchange of skills, we have more talent in the force and by our own admission already during the duel, she is the better duelist, but if this undoes any of our hard gained work obviously this shouldn't go ahead.

Is there a chance of more soon?

OOC: Let me just preface this by saying this will be a short one shot. While there may be more in the future, please treat this as a stand alone story.

You awaken from a particularly fitful dream by a gentle nudging at your shoulder.

"... Red. Little Red, it's time to wake up. It's not good to sleep in. I have an errand for you."

The voice is soft and maternal, but wholly unfamiliar. Internally, you resist the call to wakefulness, but the person trying to nudge you awake is persistent.

You open your eyes and find yourself in a little cottage. There is a bed for one person opposite the one you're lying in, looking like it was freshly made.

Sadly, I've only prepared one adventure for now, so I'll need some time to make more plot beats. It could be a couple of weeks, but it could also be a month or so.

Also you're correct in that Black Pete is based on Zwarte Piet

I think it is three active quests at a time. Modpost says it is five, but I'm pretty sure it is three.

You are the self-proclaimed KING of the WASTELAND.

Ever since the great BIG BOOM in the far off year of 2007, the world has gotten pretty nasty–ruins and mutants litter the desert wasteland all around you, roving bands of warlord kings and factions in all sorts of endless wars.

You never did much mind, though, as you kept to yourself in your reclusive “castle” (a pre-BIG BOOM convenience store) with your friend and roommate, DUKE NASU, watching one of your 24 copies of SUPERBAD (2007) and pumping iron–that is, at least, until a demolition company drove up to your front door.

You found out your castle was apparently on land that fell under the titleship of a “GUN KING”, who sought to evict you and bulldoze it into the ground. You took ownership of the demolitionist’s wrecking ball and drove out to the GUN KING’S castle to confront him on the matter.

You managed to infiltrate his castle whereupon you engaged in one-on-one combat with the king, PANZER GRAAD–however, defeating him only led to the appearance of another freak, the “MUTANT KING,” who kidnapped your dear friend DUKE NASU to bring him to its kingdom. You need to get him back.

>Buy some lunch for everyone, ELTON included. You didn’t get food at the noodle place earlier, so you’re kinda peckish, and it’d be a great place to pick up rumors on what the KING be doin’ lately.

"Let's grab a tight bite first--can't kill the mutant king on an empty stomach. How about lunch? Or, dinner. I don't know what time it is." You bid the clown girl to follow you as you walk, hands on your hips.
The place is dreary and drab, but there are a few spots that strike your eye--dingy aluminium food carts, done up in fading, chipping paints with umbrellas overhead to block the sun.

You spot one such food cart with a mutant at the stand--sizzling, smoking pale meat skewers set on a flat top that looks a little less unclean than the rest, and you pull up a stool.
"Welcome, welcome!" The squid mutant greets you. "1 clown girl and 1 fishtits. How can I help you?"
"Umm.. a food cart, BIG..?" Jellybelly murmurs. "I mean, these places are kind of.. you know.."

"Better how?" The guy asks.

"Um... I like the subtle sweetness. The fruity taste really evokes memories of summer, I think. Sorry, I'm not too big of an expert. Well, I told you already, haha..." You scratch your head, looking down apologetically.

"Zenji-kun, we might have struck a gold vein here," Sumi says, putting a hand to her chin, with a mischievous smirk.

"It's also important to express your thoughts clearly," Kodachi says, still serious, but with a somewhat more gentle look in her eyes. "You'd be a good member, I think. Want me to give you an application form?"

"Um... I'd like to know more about you guys before I decide," you say. "What... do you even really do? Just drink tea?"

"We also eat Japanese sweets that we purchase with part of our club budget," the guy replies.

"Don't listen to him, he just really likes sweets," Kodachi says. "The most important thing we do is participate in tea ceremonies. Admiring the calligraphy while drinking tea, contemplating philosophy, preparing tea in special ways... the ceremony is the heart of this club."

"Don't listen to her!" Sumi says. "Don't get scared away by this, Motoharu-kun. It's really quite intuitive once you learn the basics." Kodachi rolls her eyes at Sumi's words, but says nothing. "Anyway, we taste various flavours! It's really a huge world of these out there! Ahh, sharing a taste of tea with someone - it's the best feeling!"
