What about that felt relatable? That entire movie, what about it felt in any way like something that any person, even women audience members, could connect with? It just felt like I was watching a bad SNL sketch stretched out to a ridiculous runtime. If you wanna get back to formula, then actually follow the fucking formula. Then they wanted to do Stranger Things, but they're Ghostbusters. It's just fucking stupid. Why are they so hellbent on getting in their own way when the concept is so simple?
