I remember one time my teacher was saying to my mom "his work is goo-" but she stopped herself and said something else. I don't remember what but the point is she was about to say it was good and then realized that was too high praiseOf course I knew it was too high praise because I did not try in school, I did everything last minute, and always managed to just barely pull it together. One time, a speech written the morning before they were due, was voted the best speech. I had to read it to my entire school. The laugh moments didn't get laughs. The teacher took their behavior very it personally, and schemed to sabotage them when she could. Even though they played games with their grades, they were all smart kids and they maintained safe b/c averages. So what did she do? For the final exam, she accused the core group of cheating, directly failed them and raped their final GDP with a nice little note about academic malpractice attached to their record, fucking with their college choices. And by accuse, i dont mean she accused them directly. No, she just straight up failed them behind their backs (they didnt find out until they got their report cards) and there was no way for them to easily undo it. Her word versus theirs, guess who admin listened to? Young women are immature as fuck and pull that kind of shit all the time. Theres ways to deal with it in the office or in public, but in school the student is entirely at the mercy of the teacher and half the time they dont even realize it. They lack the life experience and connections to understand the potential outcomes of their behavior. So they end up losing every single time.

Everyone who says "damn this isn't funny AI is garbage" has to realize that 99% of media is unfunny garbage. Just look at the average Netflix adult cartoon show, it's worse than this.I think people underestimate how significant this is because stuff like GoAnimate has existed for decades, and they think this is just another version of that. AI is fundamentally different, it's basically like a giant pattern-matching system that evolved, on the same architecture, from spouting nonsensical gibberish to being on the level of a smart intern in a few years. That rate of advancement means it'll reach human expert level in just another 2.3 years ago, AI video was mangled unrecognizable garbage. Just 1 year ago it could make medium quality static scenes with no sound. Now it can produce consistent characters, voices, sound effects, etc all in one go. In a year it'll be able to do 20-30 second scenes, get rid of most of the weird "jiggles" in the animation. In 2 years, you won't be able to tell a human didn't animate it, in 3 years, you will probably prefer AI shows to human made ones, as they are funnier, have better animation, and can be produced in minutes on any topic.What it means is the end of humans being paid to do anything creative (and in a larger sense any work that requires their brains). Either it will lead to the entire world on a basic income system (which will suck because humans will have very little political power and just rely on the welfare of the capital owners), or mass unrest, butlerian jihad or something even worse.
I am now in love with this woman and I'm now okay with AI slop despite previously hating it due to jeet fatigue.
