Why do people think Tera 2 wont happen? four people working on the game is actually a huge deal. It means they are actually serious about making it. MMOs need A LOT of pre prep before it even makes it to the dev stage. the fact that they have four devs means they already finished some concept art, storyboarding, combat conceptualizing, engine, etc etc and are now putting all those things into a gameplay environment.Yes Elyon failed, but for those that are uninformed... Rigot before Elyon died for real, they released a exact replica Elin pet. This Elin pet was the most sold pet they ever put out on the store. No doubt in my mind this is what drove them to just make a true Tera sequel. They were like "fuck it, if Elins are still selling this much in a game they dont even belong in, lets just make a true sequel".Tera was always their flagship, aside from PUBG they literally have nothing else, and they are getting to a point that PUBG cant sustain them forever. Why is this stat useless in 99% of games?
because dodging is usually better, I don't know many games where maxing out your defense actually makes an impact beyond "you die in 5 hits instead of 4 now"
