Mounts ruin open world. Mavuika is tremendously overpowered, she can traverse any terrain and if you are not a pleb and use her pogo tech she is both the fastest and the most durable. But Mega Man 3 falls flat with the Wily Stages. They have to be the most uninspired set of levels on any Mega Man game and shows that the game was released unfinished. For that alone I would say that the BEST, most refined Mega Man game has to be Mega Man 4. It took what worked with 3 and refined it plus it also added the Charge Shot.

I think the addition of the Doc Robot stages was done early in development but having 4 additional stages meant that they didn't have time to complete the Fortress stages.

I've been playing Brighter Shores trying to chase that buzz that Runescape first gave me 22 fucking years ago.No luck.
Just finished Robocop Rogue CityI respect it for being old-school and I appreciated the accuracy and detail of the environments but honestly it wasn't fun to play. Some awesome moments here and there but it was mostly boring with too much talking, mundane quests and basic shooting mechanics. Not an awful game, I guess I just expected more from the gameplay.
