You go out, collect resources, craft them to make better tools, then go out to collect better resources, then craft those to make even better tools....Crafting mechanics tend to result in very obvious loops. She'll die from two hits from that. You can also use the pool cue from the bottom of the stairwell or the hunting rifle from the tooth apartment safe.You don't actually need to kill the Spore Queen to beat the game and the rest of the fights should be easy enough. If she gives you trouble just chuck some molotovs on her and give someone anxiety meds so they don't all get charmed turn one. As long as you have a full party with equipment you should be able to spam special attacks and go home and eat food. Then just chuck acid flasks and molotovs at anything that's not enough for
