Skip skyward sword though unless you wanna know some of the sources of inspiration for BotW and TotK. Playing for 1cc is really enjoyable because while you need to learn a lot of the game and how to path it, the bar is low enough that your individual skill will carry you quite a bit. Scoring is pretty much 90% memorisation and repetition, it can be fun but I personally don't have the desire to do it. Generally, pick a few you like the feel of and rotate for a while until you start building core skills, then pick the one you like the most to 1cc.
