I had cheaper Arctics I liked them as gaming headphones. Yours should be way better. Listen to it and return it if something is off. I don't think there is much options with ANC though.

The best and brightest C programmers agree: Rust belongs in the Linux kernel!
https://lwn.net/Articles/1049831/
This board tries it's best to portray C and Rust as polar opposites, but in the end they serve the same purpose. Good C programmers have always respected Rust programmers and vice versa. Only the fizzbuzzers and jeets want a language war between C and Rust.

Why do they want it? Because if you split the systems language ecosystem, there will be less competition to their electron/react garbage (see Windows 11 start menu)
Everyone except Indians agrees that anything written in Rust or C is much better than electron garbage. That is why it is important to be friends and allies, not enemies

systemd makes linux pointless. you get more of a headache (complexity) + you get spied on when you use linux, instead of just getting spied on with windows

open source is like having open borders too, its a feminine and communistic philosophy

linux requires internet to be usable, its baked in to the OS design to be dependant on packages and dependencies where it has to constantly make a connection and reach out to do something, and to use it requires constant googling and a.i usage, more internet

it also wastes tons of time, and trannies are always changing the software. at least with windows your .exe will always work across windows versions for the most part, and windows can be set up fully offline

windows 11 is still MILES better than linux. the only thing that makes linux good is virtualization, and they are going to crack down on that soon, i can just feel it. there are so many moving parts to windows virtualization via qemu and fedora drivers

if you don't like systemD you can get some distro like artix.
my old exes work better on linux with wine than on windows.
windows 11 requires an internet connection too, and an email.
Linux works on pretty much any pc, my install doesn't use more than 1gb ram and 20gb, and it's still considered bloated by some, while windows 11 won't even boot if you don't have at least 8ram and 250gb plus the chip to make their surveillance AI work. Also windows 11 updates break the system constantly too, and make it worse, and unlike linux, you can't rollback or go to some slower stable version.
what motivates someone to write a post like this? do you think OP just genuinely believes windows is better? or there might be something else going on here?

Its just 15-ish bucks for a 4 pack, and each pod lasts more than a week

>>107540846
I get them from vape shops but you can also get them from amazon or alixpress from the official vendor. I never felt like fiddling with coils so for me its ideal. Im also into very restricted MTL puffs, so even the highest ohm ones produce plenty of vapor. I'd recommend trying one since its just so convenient and never has spitback or such problems.
>>
>>107548408
>So.. The sapphire is the atomiser
Lol no. Atomizers make direct electrical connections to the battery for resistive heat.

You're using ceramic as a wick, the atomizer coil is just embedded in the ceramic. It's fundamentally identical to earlier atomizers that use cotton wicks, but instead of cotton, you're using a ceramic which is much more robust and generally gives superior flavor. But the technology is fundamentally the same as earlier style atomizers and at the end of the day its just running an electrical current through a wire. You've just embedded your wire in ceramic. That wire will eventually wear out and need replacing.

The Switch and Switch 2 use an induction heating coil that sits around a titanium chamber, the induction coils induce a magnetic field that heats up the titanium chamber, where either a quartz or sapphire bucket (insert) sits, the magnetic field heats the chamber, which heats the insert.

There is no electrical connection between the sapphire (or quartz) surface and the battery. It's purely magnetic induction and then conduction through the titanium.

There is no wear on the induction coil like there is on your atomizer, and thus no replacement is needed even after years of daily use.

Its not for distillate tho, its for nicotine
>>
>>107548739
By far.

The puffco app is a bit nicer and the lighting is a little better, but for actual dabbing the Switch2 is far and away the better E-rig.

Also puffco 3DXL atomizers shit the bed far too often, and puffco only offers a 30 day warranty on them even though they're like $100 each.
>>
>>107548756
>Because otherwise, why would I invest in *your* pod system? I'd make my own. Without your flaws.
I'm not shilling for vaporesso in particular, but their pods have no flaws, and who cares if you're vendor locked on a 30 dollar device? You're gonna change them every year or so anyway so theres no need to obsess over future proofing your device.

Very interdasting indeed. I disagree with:
>the sound seems to continuously get higher but never really does
as you can hear exactly what it's doing if you pay attention to each of the two components. It offers a very unique audio/psyche ride that puts the mind into very precisely particular modes of awareness that might prove to be very useful in some profoundly seemingly ABSTRACT contexts.

VERY much appreciated.
