After a year long absence, the journey of the Busta Move(s) and her intrepid crew continues! Previous installments: https://desuarchive.org/k/search/subject/Target%20for%20Today/>what the fuck is thisTarget for Today is a solitaire tabletop game (translated to digital for these threads) covering the USAAF's bombing campaigns in Europe throughout the Second World War. With options for choosing everything from which Air Force, Bombardment Wing and Squadron you fly with all the way to which submodel of aircraft you'll be flying, the game is rife with detail. Over a year ago we began the journey of the Busta Move, a B-24 of the 15th Air Force (49th Bomb Wing, 451st Bomb Group, 725th Squadron). While perilous, our crew has done far better than the ill-fated men of the B-17s that shared the Big Nigger titles, with our current permanent losses consisting of:>Copilot Harris>Radio Operators Sean Bean and Poncho>Waist gunners Fanculo, Danielson and Sam Hyde, with another (Lefty Navel) being medically dischargedOur bombing results, however, have been much less impressive: out of eleven combat missions the Busta Move has been forced to abort due to combat damage six times, and on a mission to soften up Anzio for Allied landings we missed the target entirely. Our 10th mission, Milan, was another abort but the flight back was a nightmare. By the time the Busta Move returned to base, she had lost two engines, both main landing gear, all of the twin .50 cals had been rendered inoperable, the entire oxygen system had failed, one wing was barely attached, half the crew was wounded and dozens of other minor hits had been taken. That plane was retired and the Busta Move II was put into action, already having completed one mission. For now, strap your parachutes on, grab a K-ration and lets go bomb vaguely near strategic targets!

Any experience with an FPC? I was considering the 10mm, but it has regular 15 round mags and no extended ones, and the 10mm m&p pistol i heard sucks and cant get w threaded barrel where the 9mm and .40 are both good so those fpcs would be "better" on paper with a companion gun

>>65032978Doesn't sound convincing. I don't think I will play with someone online as these types of games are usually taken very seriously and I don't like some stranger yelling at me for not knowing some niche shit about the game or not remembering the map 100%. I just want to be a kid again playing SWAT 4 with my friend after school and have fun limping around because my dumb ass let myself get shot in the leg early in the campaign mission.
>>65034765>I just want to look cute and be functional.Stopped reading right there. Fuck off faggot.
>>65034895Most MP5s on the market are pretty solid.HK, Century MKE, MAC, Zenith. I went with a new MKE AP5N myself. Zero issues out of the box and even after 900 rounds. Half the price of the HK SP5. Suppressor lockup is tight and FRT fits perfect. Stock fitment is nice and tight. If you want a fixed stock, get a HK stock, alternatively AC unity makes a cheap option (aesthetic is slightly off, but untrained eyes won't notice). If you want a collapsible stock, go with new production MKE (Atlantic firearms had a bunch). Half the price of HK, and exactly the same.Lot's of FRT options if you want "almost full auto". L2 prints is awesome for aesthetics but it's 3D printed, AS designs if you want metal and piece of mind. Most full-size MP5s will work without modifying the locking piece. The short MP5ks will be a challenge, especially if you run a suppressor.Suppressor options are pretty open. Get one that has a 3-lug (sometimes called tri lug) attachment option. You'll usually have to buy this as an extra suppressor accessory. Focus on reduced back pressure suppressors. Go to PewScience and sort the 9mm rankings accordingly. Top 10 suppressors are all good. I personally have a Mojave 9, but I also use it on pistols.

When I found out that they didn't make the Match, and that they didn't make them in Stainless, I said "Fuck it" and bought an Elite in .45 because I didn't want a 9mm for any reason other than authenticity. I'm glad that I did, but holy shit does it look gay if I don't have the weight on it. I also wanted a gun that could shoot .45 Super, and somehow didn't find out that the Mk. 23 was infinitely better for that until later.>>65006100Man, if I was a custom shop and he was going into a looted, zombie-infested warzone full of handloading supplies, then I'd probably give him something heavy in .460 Rowland for his pistol and a FAL for the rifle.Unless I wanted to force him to produce Kino, in which case I'd dig up and refurbish a Mannlicher M95.By which I mean that I would Bubba the shit out of it, polymer stock, a Holosun somewhere so far towards the end of the gun that it's useless, and rechambered in 30-06 so that anyone who could have enjoyed the gun in the first place will instead hold their head and cry. Then I'd hand Leon a Type 14 Nambu.
>>65006666I like the little tidbit from Requiem that Robert Kendo and Barry knew Leon was a fellow gun autist, and the custom parts for his VP70 lying around the police station were acquired by them as a welcoming gift.
