Is there any lore explaining how Chaos Dwarves can buck break Orcs into slaves and fighting for them? I thought orcs rather die than be taken as prisoners. Also who would you rather be enslaved to if you have to choose: Druchii, Chaos Dwarves or Skaven?

>>97239725Thankfully I've managed to acquire almost all of the TROs in print over the years; the only ones I'm missing are 3145 and 3150. I really wish CGL would do another print run of those two (or set them up for Print-on-Demand from DTRPG); I would really like to have them without having to pay an arm and a dick.Truthfully, TRO:3025 is probably still my favorite; the CE is great simply to have a copy of it that doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart. Having used 3039/3050U/PP as my main source of info for a long time, though, I forgot just how much info wwas added to the 'Mech entries over the years compared to the original 3025/3050.
>>97240875it is honorable
>>97241003I got into Battletech in 2011 and I never needed TROs to construct my own record sheets or the like, so for me they were mostly just something to read while bored. I'll probably keep the 3025 one in the bathroom.

>>97240285>>97239726Aight, disco fits the 'alone during holidays' feeling anyways. But I did play so much Vidya in my life that solo board games give some novelty. Hard to explain but after some point you just see through the Vidya as another form of boardgames. Excluding Fortnite faggotry.
>>97240459it's elegant because it's small and simple, really it's harder to make an inelegant game with so few moving parts
>>97240459Yes, perfect information, watching your opponents struggle to make you finally buy, getting an engine where you're shitting out spice, even just buying market cards for the spice Ann's then having them be clutch many trades later. I can't wait to hear what you think of eastern wonders and new world.
Disco elysium goes to shit about 2 hours in once you start to see the engine running under the hood of your actions and it loses the appeal and mystique and just becomes doing what the system wants you to do. It reminds me of that shit smegmeier new game where it might be fun and novel but paying money to add it to a collection is frankly dumb.>>97240568Yeah that is odd. I know for me I've had strange stuff where it's often the first time I play someone and they refuse to engage with small talk while running demos for me and are in tryhard mode. And it's like dude, I don't know you at all to give you any grace, if you're being weird during our first game there won't be a second. I've just straight up stopped going to a shop I was super active at and running games for a solid group of retirees who needed me because this one weird battletech dude kept hanging around trying to find a game and then after weeks I gave him one and he was being weird as fuck while i taught him stuff and refused to like actually learn and was just angleshooting, so goodbye shop at that point. It was already exhausting being the teach old men over and over because of their memory person

>>97240467In ACKS god stat is actually Charisma, better reaction rolls -> less fights, henchmans more loyal and there more of them. Your Domain have bigger morale.
>>97240434>>97240434>ACKS has been play tested endlessly,And yet ACKS2 is somehow worse than ACKS1.It's like instead of learning anything, they're reinforcing their mistakes.Though, it's probably just because a small team couldn't reasonable be expected to actually playtest 1500 pages, especially when every procedure is like a hundred steps. They probably couldn't even test more than traveling two or three hexes a day.
>>97241097And here I thought you'd been given a 24 hour.Merry Christmas Fishfag.
>>97241097Doesn't help that the guy making it is a complete retard and the people who play it are even worse.
>>97241137I actually think the echo chamber that ACKS people exist in might be why ACKS2 managed to be such a significant downgrade. The problem with ACKS1 was that it had rules that did nothing but take up time to produce nothing of value, and ACKS2 made the problem several times worse. It's such an incompetently designed "game" that it's hard to even call it a game, because it's sub-systems don't seem like they're designed for a game but for some sort of inaccurate and memory-draining simulation that produces results that always just elicit a response of "So what?"

>>97238363Rather than trying to force you off the deck I'll engage with the list at hand to let you play it.I don't entirely understand why you have so many extenders, is it just for underworld goddess in case you see a towers? Why not just play kaijus main.I'd keep droplet, LSs (move raigeki/HFD to a LS), and the handtraps but the other going 2nd cards seem extra and suited as sideboard cards. Like you dont know if superpoly is going to work so it's better off being sided in over removal for games 2 and 3.ED is mostly superfluous removal options so no notes there.I know you want to send their S/Ts but I think trying to "bury the bricks" with so many discard outlet cards is maybe a bit too risky. If you do want to commit to that though, maybe conaider cynet mining as an outlet and extender for link material.

What deck do I play if I want my opponent to have fun?
>>97240947Play the most dogwater shit deck imaginable. Your opponent gets to beat you into a pulp regardless of what they play and you get to feel an unwarranted sense of self-assured smugness that you're unique and creative in between bouts of seething about your opponent being a metasheep (actually playing a tiered deck is optional). This is the optimal way to enjoy yugioh.
>>97240947Depends on your opponent. If your opponent is a meta andy then you'd either want to be running a meta deck or something that has a good enough matchup against their deck to check it, but not dominate it.If your opponent's on a dogwater deck, you run a dogwater deck.

>>97238527Was campy but still didn't feel like SW honestly. >>97240927This is why I like how the peak of Infernal Awareness is just pulling an uno reverse card on ambushes. Not by actually interacting with the mechanics (god forbid) but simply by making it so that if the Infernal doesn't acknowledge your existence, the attack just doesn't fucking work.
>>97240927Although I will say I think this is like...solidly 50% of why the Solar charmset is still mechanically superior to the Abyssal one in spite of how many useless filler Charms it has. It's just so much more mobile and bouncy even though both can effectively teleport with Stealth. Makes it easier to say-ambush punt someone down a ravine, disengage and then roll to A M B U S H again after the fall.
I’m looking for the best character sheets. This is both for IRL printed paper use, and online game use. The one from 3e’s book sucks because of the textured background; I can’t just fill in circles with the MS Paint bucket tool because of the background. It looks ugly.
