Requesting a doomer blood hunter aasimar. I've loosely based his personality on Sam Vimes from Discworld. He's this lifeless cynic who just wants to get by somehow, but used to be full of spirit and energy.
He's around 30, rather slim with light-grey skin, golden irises, white unkept hair and visible stubble. I rolled on 2ed aasimar trait table and got feather ears so I just played this as wing-ears. All of them allow you to. It's all a question of finding a DM that will run it. Age of Rebellion for the FF games is probably the best for a Stormtrooper campaign, either that or Fall of the Republic, if you want to live our your early Empire, Battlefront 2 fantasies of:

I may be a little biased, being that i'm currently running a Stormtrooper campaign in this system, but i would say Saga Edition is probably the most... Robust (i think is the word i'm looking for) system for running a Stormtrooper campaign. Although i will warn you, it's a system that really needs a lot of house ruling to get the most out of. Like, just playing RAW is doable, but if you really know someone who knows the system inside and out who can make the most out of it.

If you want to run a game using this system, i recommend going: "Y'all get minimum base starting money, but get the basic stormtrooper package at level 1. Also, all the classes that aren't Soldier get Light Armour training at level 1, as well as starting with the Armoured Defense Talent" It just makes the whole Stormtrooper experience much easier.

Also, don't make every single mission "Boot to the throat of the galaxy" Stagger it. Make your boys do basic soldiering stuff as well. Clearing out pirates, assisting locals, dealing with wild animals. Remember what Frollo said:

Yes, brutally massacring civies is fun, but too often and it stops being shocking and just becomes the norm.

Not really, the biggest problems are I think these:

No different to FFG or WEG or any other system, Star Wars rpg systems have never managed to get vehicle rules right.
>skills vs defenses
This problem is where skill mods are god in early game, and defenses are god in late game. The easiest fix is to change the Skill Focus so it only gives you a bonus of half your character level up to a cap of +5. Won't fix late game, but those games tend to be very rare anyway.

There is also accuracy being prioritised over damage, but I don't think that's necessarily an issue because eventually you'll be mowing down nonheroic types and you don't need to do 100+ damage in one shot when the max damage you need to drop someone is 30.

If you're using stormtrooper armour in Saga, Armoured Defense is literally unnecessary until 7th level. Because if you have proficiency, then you use armour bonus instead of heroic bonus. Armoured defense lets you choose to use heroic bonus if it is higher than armour bonus. And stormtrooper armour is a +6 armour bonus. It's one of the best light armour types in the entire game.

==The Dread Pirate Roberta== "Surrender you doggie-paddlers, Wahahaha!!"

The Dread Pirate Roberta the self proclaimed queen of the High seas and scourge of the Endless Blue. Orphaned at a young age, Roberta always liked two things: Shiny objects and adventure on the high seas. She will do whatever is necessary to get what she wants. Roberta has a penchant for theatrics and she is as stylish as she is dangerous, ready to be the first to swing aboard a vessel with her robotic crew. She is also known for extorting settlements for goods or just raiding them if shes in the mood. Roberta's victims are often stripped of all their shinies and anything that looks remotely valuable, and left adrift in the endless blue or marooned on a deserted island. Of course she is nice enough to leave them with some supplies to get to the nearest settlement. After all, it would be a shame and a waste to lose "potential return costumers" as she puts it.

==The Teknomancer== "Behold, the knowledge and power of the Earless"

The Teknomancer is an a mysterious person with a great knowledge of Earless tech. In her youth, the Teknomancer spent most of her days tinkering with shinies and was quite gifted, becoming quite proficient in basic robotics and eventually learning various earless programming languages. Sadly, Her tinkering eventually turned into an obsession. Forgoing the typical Mimi' activities of partying and exploring, She would seclude herself in her room for long periods of time to study earless technology. After too many incidents involving misbehaving robots, missing shinies and a few stepped on tails, She was eventually kicked out of her village and left to wander the Endless Blue. She continues to work to expand her knowledge of Earless technology despite all this and has made quite a mysterious name for herself with stories ranging from mysteriously arriving in villages to quickly study a few significant pieces of tech and just as quickly depart to full raids on villages with robots to obtain shinies. In the eyes of the outside Kemo, her skill with technology appears to border on the arcane. Skilled manipulation of Holo-interfaces helps her cement this reputation where ever she goes. She is often accompanied by a small retinue of small robots that assist her and she owns several highly advanced pieces of technology. One of which is a staff like shiney which functions as her main tool to interact with electronics and allows her to interface with almost any shiney (computers, robots, doors, locks, ect...)as well as providing the tools to study technology including various scanners, data recorders, and analysis devices. It also acts like a personal computer which is also able to project her holo interfaces and provides her with another ways of interacting with Earless tech.

Not my best writing. I'd probably rewrite the whole latter half to be more coherent and less mary-sue-ish. But hey, wizards are cool!
