How do you make sex/lewd acts engaging outside of mechanics? With combat I know how to give it conflict, but most horny scenes in my games tend to not be interesting enough to play through and are better off summarized and fast forwarded. I often find myself playing like it was regular play, because the lewd elements really take a step back.

You are going to see horrific debasements to the thing you know and love that you will still see with your eyes closed. historically bandits often came from military deserters, so you could run with that. Maybe instead of a ragtag band of shitters with bad equipment, they're a highly trained unit with Fighter Levels. Alternatively maybe they're raiders from a neighboring kingdom who are hired to disrupt supply lines on purpose.
