Why do traditional games seem to attract the most socially undesirable people? Not trolling, I seriously would like to get to the bottom of this. I don't get it, tabletop games are social in nature so why do they attract anti-social weirdos, you expect these types to stay at home and video game. Why are some games MUCH worse that other when it comes to players, ie. Warhammer 40k is worse than historical Wargames, compared MtG to Chess, etc. Is there an explanation for this phenomenon?

They didn't come with a base during 2nd and maybe early 3rd so if you did see them based they were often put on 50mm square or at an angle on 40mm square bases cause those were easy to get, then you had a few people making their own base that was just big enough to fit the model on. Even after the 60mm round base became a thing you had a lot of people who didn't bother rebasing their old ones.
