That's all nice and everything, but "intent" doesnt factor into power level, and lots of combos with more moving pieces are actually much more effective in practice, but harder to pilot compared to an AB combo deck with maybe 2 or 3 wincons and some form of streamlining. Also, not even cedh decks are optimized, they're usually designed by a crowd where basically no one is an expert or a professional at the deck, because it isnt required considering the variance in the format.
