PT isn't important, they do denote a increase in power but aren't the be-all end all. Obviously some races are stronger than others but through dedicated training any playing field can be equalized.

Everyone recieves the Multiplayer Scenario which gives 30 points (Essentially Donut Steele) but other scenarios involving a person require an anon willing to fill that slot before you can take it. So you can't take it and just wait for someone to come along and be willing. Develop a rivalry in person and push both of you to new heights.

Adventure is Multiplayer, everyone finds themself on the same planet for the upcoming tournament in a plot amount of time. Get to know your competitors and suppliers or learn and improve yourself from the strong people around you. Sparring battles, whatever.

The old man that adopted Yam was a pretty cautious person, telling Yam to tread carefully around other people because of his Devil Slayer status (thinking some people are sketchy and would kidnap him for experimentation and/or try exploit his luck), so Yam would need a really good reason to wanna spend time with Dark Guilders. Like if he didn't know they were in a Dark Guild, and most of Chrysalis don't really act like they're in one.

Yam would probably be most comfortable with Nameless, she's a good, friend-seeking justicefag and he would feel some solidarity since her Demon Emperor mark and his Devil Slayer stuff are similar enough at a glance. And it would be funny to see a tard teaching another tard poor knowledge and him trusting it.

For a second pick, I would have chosen another Chrysalis member, but I had a funny thought about Vera in the convoluted scenario that Bastly is also there. The odd duck of the Glowbright experiment in that she's female, but she's no less feared than any of her colleagues. She posesses a potent assortment of powers that make escaping her grasp nearly impossible and enables the agents to ambush people anywhere at any time with no warning. She's no slouch when it comes to combat but struggles against extremely durable targets...Though she can always put them in Time Out so it hardly matters.

She's seemingly the more lighthearted member of the team, cracking jokes and being a sort of team mom who enjoys cooking and taking care of people but one would do wise not to fall for the person she puts up, she's cruel on a level that few can imagine without being brainwashed for their job from the moment they were born.

Yup. Probably would do similar to what Taylor does in canon: Using her power supportively, seeing as she'd get one-shot by an Endbringer. I'd probably work off of the assumption that she can't teleport people in and out of the fight by carrying them, just because it'd be a little broken.

The rest are either some flavour of physically impervious or otherwise wouldn't let Wraith get close enough.

Take a serial foster kid from the streets of Detroit. Have her suppress her natural abilities to fit in. That's Max. Fast talking and energetic, with the manners of a feral dog, a calculated aura of friendly stupidity, and a pretty impressive rap sheet before the Center picked her up. Shanked a man by the age of ten, that sorta thing.
Still, she expected more from herself, and from life, spiteful inferiority sparking delusions. When her powers awoke for the first time after a near-death beating, she was ecstatic. She had the proof she was superior all along!

When she got bagged by the Center, it turned out she was actually a pretty shitty psychic. Even her cool blood swords weren't special, the roast beef motherfucker was ten times better at it than she was. So, she doubled down on her delusions - she just hadn't awakened truly yet! She was the Strongest Parahuman, demon-spawn that could conquer the world!

When the Center was looking for a low-grade psychic for use in an experiment, they picked Max. They bored a hole into her head and let the stuff inside leak out, looking for a way to bypass Defenses. They found it, but mixed in with her anti-Mind Control aura were Max's fantasies.

When people slowly started to agree with her, Max was ecstatic, though a little worried. Then the heads of the Center got involved, and by sheer chance ended up buying into it too. A few shitshows and an escape later, and people attribute Max's survival to unspeakable, unknown abilities, and not an overlooked probability field. Now she's the "most dangerous" psychic rogue around, an impression reinforced by the incredible effort used to try to bring her down. Whoops?

Adamsanon here, I'd imagined something similar where GLOWBRIGHT is technically on orders from the presidential body and/or CIA - it makes sense that the US would want mundanes theoretically in charge of paranormals at all times. Bradley would technically have active command over the base so would have operational authority on-site unless countermanded by something higher. This does mean due to logistical and red tape fuckery that there's probably a list of things Bradley knows he can't tell GLOWBRIGHTs to do but does have a level of control.

Absolutely. Someone's got to actually fight these things. Horikiri is one of the greatest heroes but his shard's rebelling so who knows how long he's in the game for, Gold Skull's got the strength but is a complete villain who wouldn't think twice about letting them rampage if it benefited him, and the PRT are largely incompetent.

It will massively depend which Endbringer that is coming. Leviathan requires a different approach than Behemoth, for example.
The key members would be Horikiri for power (so long as his shard doesn't stab him in the back), Endstopper not only for power but also for rescue (stopping buildings collapsing is a big deal), Maeve for just massive general use especially tinkertech.

Those with Kill Orders. They have demonstrated that they can't be trusted even with the weak rules applied to villains, so why would they actually help with fighting Endbringers?
The worst would be Gold Skull and The End. Both are scumbag villains who should be punched off of the face of the planet.
