Anons, this is insane. I don't think anyone else on the internet knows about this. Cave story doesn't have any cheats or secrets. But I tried that Konami code and it ACTUALLY does something. If you do it before the final misery fight, it teleports you back to the start cave, but there's no enemies and it looks endless. Maybe someone else will see if it ends before I do.
