Ragebait?
It doesn't matter that they are using '/' for division. You could replace it with '÷' and it would read the same and be relevant to OP because the point they are making is about multiplication when no sign for multiplication is used i.e. implicit multiplication.
Very clearly states that the convention is to give implicit multiplication priority over division.

Brute force it?

Let '0' denote the color black. Let '1' denote the color white. You're looking for white rectangles.
Start with a w*h white rectangle.
If all the h pixels immediately to the right of the rectangle are white increase w by 1.
If all the w pixels immediately under the rectangle are white, increase h by 1.
Keep growing the rectangle that way until it can grow no longer. If the rectangle is bigger than the previously biggest rectangle, update your record of biggest known rectangle.
Repeat starting anew with every known 1x1 rectangle.

If you get that to work, then you've solved the problem for at least some size input.
Then you can start thinking about optimising.
>>
>>107822402
having that many parameters, especially int parameters that you can easily make a mistake with is bad. I would create a struct to put the parameters into and pass that, then this formatting wouldn't be an issue.

Don't tell me. Tell the retards who programmed the FCGI modules. Our code worked *fine*, as is evident by the fact that everything was displayed properly as long as we bothered to clear the UTF-8 flag once before printing the output buffer to socket.

Oh, and of course the UTF-8 flag was set during site generation, because again, UTF-8 database.

Your Intel CPU has had an entire embedded SoC in it running MINIX in it for 10 years now, I'm pretty sure AMD's PSP is the same.
A whole lotta people use TP-LINK and other Chinese routers.
Every version of Windows has backdoors and so does your phone which you carry all the time, if they wanted to the glowies can track you down and spy on you 1000 different ways.
You've got to put things into perspective.

>just know you might as well have no warranty anyways so you could just buy used aeons or audezes and probably have a higher chance of them lasting longer
Might be. I'm honestly not sure if the QC of those second Verums is better than the first one. For the record, I do have Aeons and like them quite a bit. I'm just looking for something wider sounding since the high amount of driver damping of Aeons makes them sound less spacious compared to some other models. Tonally I think they're great. Used to own some Audeze and those would tick that box along with the almost uncanny THD that made it possible to apply a bass boost of any size without any distortion, unfortunately the weight is awful. And the screws loosen all the time. I was thinking about Noire XO but those have higher distortion that I'd like and Expanse is way too expensive. Para 2 is fine-ish but it not only has worse FR than the Verum, it also has chinkshit build quality. At least the slav dude has the decency to recommend Schiit over >>107835841 for his headphones so I'd trust him over the chinks. If this decides to die I'm selling my kidney or some shit and getting the Expanse.

The newest expensive IPS panels look pretty damn good with a dimly lit room. Yeah, the blacks aren't perfect, but they're quite a bit better than they were 5 years ago. For me, OLED strains my eyes way more than IPS, and I am mainly doing productivity tasks. You couldn't give me a high end OLED if it meant I had to use it instead of my IPS panels.
>>
>>107821187
It is nonsensical to have to baby a display by using half a dozen "safety" features. I like CRTs and their motion clarity, but even I can admit that I'm glad we no longer worry about static elements on screen, or needing to use screensavers. OLED is just a disposable meme technology.
Use high end IPS displays while we wait for Micro LED to get cheaper and smaller.
>>
>>107835397
>Use high end IPS displays while we wait for Micro LED to get cheaper and smaller.
Or you could enjoy an OLED while waiting for that and not have to suffer with the numerous drawbacks of IPS.

The Sovereign Tech Agency (Germany) funded $562,800 (half a million) worth of development on ALPM (Arch Linux Package Management) work. That work was focused, almost entirely, on creating “Rust libraries and tools” for Arch package management which “aims to maintain compatibility with pacman”. As of this moment, the Rust ALPM has not replaced Pacman entirely. But common sense would indicate that replacement is a goal (otherwise the heavily funded development would be nonsensical).

By the way, existing Arch package management tools (such as Pacman) are licensed under the GPL. The new, Rust-based libraries and replacements are licensed under the MIT license.

Thank you brother for bringing attention to this matter.

Invetigating pacman/libalpm itself. you can see that libalpm has the following so dependencies:
libcrypto.so  => Apache-2.0
libarchive.so => BSD-2-Clause
libcurl.so => MIT
libgpgme.so => (multi, including MIT)
libc.so => (depends on impl)

I ENCOURAGE ALL MY COMRADES TO UNINSTALL PACMAN AND ALL THESE POZZED DEPENDENCIES, INCLUDING GLIBC WHICH IS LGPL-POZZED. STICK TO GPL ONLY.

1Gb is ~120MB/s. HDDs now-a-days can reach 300MB/s.
But you have to as yourself, do you benefit from a larger connection? Do you transfer files often enough to warrant it?
I read/write to my NAS frequently, around 500GB a week. I still use a 1Gb connection.

I'm thinking of learning clustering, or setting up thin clients.
Should I get them or is there something else I should have my eye out for instead, like a different brand, newer generation or higher performance model?
I've been wanting to try clustering but I figured it'd be easier if each node is identical so I've been looking for someone selling a bulk pile of identical systems.

This is the switchport activity for my TrueNAS box on a 10G uplink for the past seven days
Mostly doing random NFS shares for Jellyfin, packages, general data grave and some light iScuzzy
The only time it exceeds basic gigabit is when proxmox vomits the weekly backups to a network share.
YMMV, but there's no real, practical need and you will most likely never hit max drive speeds ever due to other overhead.

Cope. Java is only used because western companies hire mostly for positions involving the language. It only became popular because it was demanded, nobody likes Java for itself in India.

Every university in the world uses C to teach systems/low-level programming concepts.

The question wasn't - "Are Indians the primary C users?", it was "Is C the most Indian language?". Language preferences outside of India don't matter.

C is used in India very widely, even professionally, despite having relatively 0 demand compare to Python, JS, Java or even Sepples. C is Indians' most beloved language.

He actually had a broken package in the install it was just really bad timing, none of that was his fault. It was fixed immediately afterwards. If he did the same thing on a not-broken install this would have never happened.
It was not smart in the first place to try and install Steam like he did but with a non-broken package it would install normally and then possibly not work correctly. It might need dependencies it doesn't list, or you might need to configure something else manually before it works, or certain features won't work in the program. It wouldn't tear down the desktop environment and if you found out it was fucked you could safely remove it the same way you added it.

Where he went wrong is forcing it through when it very clearly explained what will happen and how bad it will be instead of stopping and reporting it.
