Some femboy anon posted a thread here last night talking about how tired he was of using windows 11 and linux mint wasnt working for him so he ended up swapping to windows 7.I didn't get to ask all the questions I wanted cause he disappeared and then the thread got deleted so I'll ask them here.1. I only have one of those shitty external optical drives since pc company's stopped being cool and removed them, that should work fine if i have the windows 7 ultimate dvd?2.When updating drivers they all say they wont be compatible, will it just be fine to download them and use them? if not where do I go for stuff like nvidia, amd, and other drivers I need?3. apps like steam and others that say they don't work on windows 7, how do I get them to work? i'm a bit confused on everything.I probably have a few more questions but I can't think of them right now and I have to get to work so I'll only be able to check this thread every now and then, thanks for any of the help

>>107667264ES series my belovedFun fact, the ES ROM has an exploit in it that allows you to crash it (webm related), corrupt the RAM, or even soft-upgrade lesser models to the 991ES.Last I checked the chip datasheet had leaked and people managed to extract the ROM, so it can be emulated and bootlegged fairly easily.

For whatever reason it isn't handled properly, and whatever you place before it changes the nature of the corruption.Soft upgrading takes at least an extra minute of fiddly inputs, normally not worth it and cba to explain.A version of this works on some ES PLUS models, but the procedure is different.

why are so many programming "help" groups like this? like, somebody will specifically opt into helping people, and then get frustrated when they dont do exactly what they expect. it constantly feels like im testing everyone's patience whenever i ask for help and its even harder trying to just learn everything myself, especially considering all the weird semantic differences in both the language itself and guides.like i can imagine a full script in my head but i wouldnt know how to translate it into the language im currently using. and on the offchance that i *do* get the help needed, usually its just "oh just use the blah function", so its not like i just Dont Know How To Code or anything i just dont know the shit thats specific to the engine, and its not like i can just look it up in a glossary or something because the words can be totally different from language to language, like how "object" in one language can be "entity" in another, and object in *that* language refers to an object in an array or something, so theres just a huge language gap that i cant really cross without the help of others, which sucks because working with others sucks

A few of you may have discovered today that thumbnails suddenly stopped loading in Firefox. I did.Checking the browser console, I found errors for each thumbnail in the catalog which said "A resource is blocked by OpaqueResponseBlocking, please check browser console for details."After disabling browser.opaqueResponseBlocking in about:config, those error messages turned into 403's and the images would still not load.I did a desuarchive search for Firefox and found a post in /trash/ saying "I figured it out. 4chan is now asking for referrers when requesting images from 4cdn... TL:DR; 4chan wants to know where you were before loading an image." along with a screenshot of all about:config settings with the word "referer" in them. With the help of that screenshot, I pinpointed the issue to network.http.referer.XOriginPolicy in about:config, which I had set to 2 for whatever reason, I don't know. Setting it to 0 fixed the problem. Most of you on Firefox probably won't experience this since 0 is the default setting. So, for those of you also experiencing this issue, there's the fix, and now the fix is on desuarchive for others to find.Feel free to discuss the technological/privacy ramifications of this change by 4chan, or if the /trash/ poster's analysis is correct.
Thank you /g/. Was having this issue myself. You guys are okay.
To anyone that was using Imagus and Simple Modify Headers. Delete the 4chan rule in BAKA. I was having the issue on Brave.

>>107669462Thanks for the heads up.So it looks like this issue of thumbnails not loading can also occur in Chrome or Chromium-based browsers such as Brave, depending upon extension use.Making this post mainly so there's a post with the words, thumbnails, Chrome, Chromium and Brave in Desuarchive.

Mechanical keyboard but the spring mechanism is rat traps slapping blocks of wood together for powerful thoccky switches
Any leads on keycap sets with a Nintendo Entertainment System or "retro game" color-scheme (gray, beige, red, black) in a sculpted profile? I'm looking for something that matches an 8bitdo TKL + numpad or an 8bitdo fullsize, but also isn't the MDA keycap set the keyboard actually comes with.

>>107667001The amish prove that america isnt actually a real government and the feds dont have real power except in certain cases, weed proved this but even the military isnt really loyal to the US, only for a paycheck.US gov just so happen to have a military that keeps the goys in line until another civil war with an armed population which is coming. The amish are just a product of nepotism state laws in Indiana Pennsylvania. If there was no nepotism they wouldnt be allowed to exist. They only exist and are allowed to drive their stupid little buggies because of corruption in the state government and they have family members in state power that let them do whatever they want. The state is ran by people that are amish.Basically anything is possible if you have enough nepotism and corruption. America is not even a real country with a government just a "collection" of states with their own corruption.Take california, tons of spics who somehow are all anchor baby citizens now and US citizens all allowed by california law. Yet if tens of millions of spics were in north dakota or montana the people living their would stand up and kick all the brownies out if it got to be like california.America is a shithole it has no order like Russia or China.
