Nano Banana Pro is really good, and can follow precise instructions, arrange stuff, combine artstyles and elements from multiple pics. All in all, the best I've used so far.

The only guild I recall are the Mnemoi. They're great, the heroes of Stygia, no wonder I can't recall any of the others.
I also recall the Artificers and Alchemists because I found it weird how some sources say the former fucked the latter over to get rid of their main rival but others say that the Artificers are staunch allies of the Alchemists. But then, those kinds of contradictions aren't uncommon in complicated politics.

Sure but if you're willing to go that low in pages, GURPS is probably not even your best bet
>>
>>97255317
Would *I* run anything with GURPS Lite? No. I'm an adult.
They were asking how to run a game that is famous for having extremely simple mechanics for characters which is really just all about vibe and atmosphere and grimdank survival management. Or, in other words, they are extremely inexperienced with tabletop games and they need something incredibly incredibly simple to use because anything real might be too complicated and scare them off. Lite is there for that. It's literally designed specifically to introduce noobies to tabletop gaming. Which is why I mentioned it.
>>
Runequest/Mythras/BRP
Fits it perfectly
>>
>>97255019
I think the primary issue with porting it over to paper and dice is specifically that you need to be able to rapidly determine which limb an attack hits, what resistance, if any, that limb has to the type of damage being dealt, and then what penalties the target takes from having that limb harmed. And you need to be able to do this dozens of times per combat, because most Kenshi fights are group v group, so you'd be keeping track of limb health, recovery rate, etc, for a large group of characters at a time.

Not impossible to do. Probably wouldn't even be hard to streamline things a bit more, but it would be a lot of bookkeeping.
>>
>>97255463
Mythras/Runequest/BRP already have systemd that do exactly this, up to and including individual limb health and healing.

>have great idea for a snarky female investigative reporter character
>end up playing a discount Alex Jones instead to avoid making things weird
Is it weird to play female characters in spooky games? Like with other more combat focused systems it's not as big of a deal since you're just smacking things more often, but does the (often) more RP-heavy nature of horror settings make playing the other gender more of a weird experience at the table? Assume we don't put on voices for our characters.
>>
>>97248475

Don't get my hopes up anon
>>
Maybe the real horror was the fa/tg/uys we met along the way.
>>
>>97248475

Honestly if you ask me it's probably easier to end with the stereotypical man with tits in heavy action games than in a "real" setting, if you can roleplay just a tiny bit. Horror starts up almost inevitably in a "real world" type of situation, which is good for characters if that's what you fear.

However, there a lot of horror and horror related tropes that are feminine-coded and you'd probably want to avoid those. Like the final girl in slasher movies or the vamp in hard-boiled novels. I'd say amusingly enough the RPG horror milieu isn't particulary prone to dwell on them, thanks to Lovecraft's almost asexuality or something, but anyway. Probably if the GM isn't riffing on Clive Barker and the other players don't want to fuck everything with a vagina you're good with a female professional, you're gonna have other priorities (like, you know, surviving). Just don't try to make her not!Buffy, if anything try to make her sensible if vulnerable (and probably older).

>How does Concealed Reflection dissipation work?
6x Aura is devoted to maintain it initially. This devotion increases in quantity the further you travel while it is active, making it a mostly stationary technique.
>What is the Passive Effect of Body Enhancement? It enhances the body passively and you can spend aura for short bursts of strength/speed?
Sounds right to me.
>>
>>97255251
>can someone explain to me how does Concealed Reflection dissipation work? it does say "Devote x6 while in use." and this i understand but then "Devote continuously in proportion to distance covered." what does this even mean? the description for the dissipation its unlike any other technique
Its as it says.
You devote 6, the technique is activated, then another cost is added, this new effect is not devoted, the more distance covered, more aura is spent.
Thats how Conductions also work. A deovtion effect so the technique is activated and another for how much the technique is used.

For Body Enhancement no idea honestly
>>
>>97255306

Mai... my beloved

>Halflings to do the farming
>Dwarves to do the smithing and mining
>Gnomes to do the researching
>Elves to do magic
>Humans to do the fighting (and thus, the ruling)
This seems the obvious perfect order to things. Humans don't want to be the peasant farmers, we want to be the knights and lords, but somebody has to farm, somebody has to smith, etc. Why not have the other races do the menial peasant stuff that they specialize in anyways?
18 replies and 4 images omitted. Click here to view.
>>
>>97251916
I did. In my kingdom Elves did the ruling while humans were (sex) slaves
>>
What a retarded premise.
>>
>>97251874
So 80-90% of the population is halflings? Because that’s the percentage who are farmers. Makes more sense halflings are a servant class, as they are excellent cooks and gardeners, the hard work of plowing the fields is best left to men. Men can also be the warrior class, as hardy peasant boys are good stock to make soldiers.
>>
>>97251874
I prefer the races to be climate/region based than job based. It makes no sense for Dwarves, Gnomes, and Elves to not have someone that makes the food, or Elves, gnomes, and Humans to not have someone to make pottery and iron.
>>
>>97251874
>Elves to do magic
>Humans to do the fighting (and thus, the ruling)
Unless it's a very low magic setting, the people with magic would absolutely be doing the ruling. Human infantry and cavalry would get demolished by a bunch of wizards firing volleys of magic missile and magic missile is far from the most potent magic imaginable. Imagine the Battle of Nagashino only worse.

Dies Irae, the doll in the video Mommy praised me for, is a robot that walks and can move a forearm. She can't aim or pull the trigger on the flamethrower, I do. One of her eyes is a high resolution camera, but it was a security camera that caught her burn the baddies. Dies Irae needs constant real time supervision, direction and control.
Blue Fairy says she reminds her of a racecar from GT3 with all the expenses and telemetry except under 2 feet long.
I am NOT selling Dies Irae! She made Mommy proud! She's mine!

>Page of Wands - Unenthusiasm; apathy; disinterest.
This one's a reverse, btw.
To interpret this reading, one has to construct a narrative and meaning out of a whole lot of quite vague signs. I did not risk making the cards tell me the narrative; I could do that, but risking it with some sort of giant Tzimisce-thing is just outside my current paygrade.

So, I will offer one possible read, taking in account what the cards say:

The beast, perhaps, is an outgrowth of THE Tzimisce, or a Methuselah which is that big and dreamful because it needed to become that. Seemingly for its loved ones. It knowingly undertook this transformation, perhaps abandonging their unlife to protect those who made said unlife worth unliving. Maybe it's a truly ancient member of the Sabbat, or its prototypes from prehistory, with their enemy just as powerful.

But now it knows nothing and does nothing. It only will act if it is given purpose. It has none; it, perhaps, outright is simply a hollow thing, lacking in personality because growth to that scale, to that complexity rendered the person a speck in their own electrochemistry.

Its allies, kin, friends are dreaming too; maybe they're in the soil, around the lake, maybe they're the dreaming Antedeluvians and other derelicts in torpor.

One is an incident, two is a pattern pretending to not be, and six, counting Venus-unrelated things Tats has handled in my absence and suspects to have been related to the Venus-related ones. I suppose the calm we've achieved with the Palatine gone had to stop at some point, but such utter filth being the cause is anticlimactic and unfortunate.

>>97248929
The Prince's word is that you, or anybody else interested in eating their fellow man, are to wait until at least one Kindred of those fucking around in our city is caught, brought before the court and interrogated, or until more information comes up otherwise. A determination on appropriateness of consumption would be made once either condition is met. If it helps, currently he's quite publicly leaning towards 'anybody who dares disrupt the peace in my backyard gets their soul devoured painfully and slowly'. Especially if it isn't even the Palatine but some third party thinking the city is weakened after having to evict her. He just has no desire to rush such a decree, as to not fall for the standard Bloodhunt-a-rival scheme somebody could be pulling.

>>97254073
Any guess at the identity of their master? Somewhere between piloting and managing ghouls with bags, I had a bit of time to go through relatively obscure options. For instance, Romeo's beloved sent some reports our way, old writeups about a hunter group operating in Maine and in Canada. Big numbers but pretty poor quality, vaguely-right wing and religious, unsuccessfully trying to hunt shifters, obsessing a little with trying to use supernatural tools derived from their quarry against said quarry. They didn't often try to hunt Kindred, and dwindled down in their notable activities, a few years ago; could be that this is them but rebranded, more successful, relatively, and more radicalized.

>Be Dracon Baessira, Coal Hearts Kabal
>Whoever advised me to stay until the end of the game certainly knew their stuff
>The chaotic fight between the Orks, Vastorrians, Slaaneshi, Necron, and Khornates, among others, was worthy of the best Wych Arena finales
>Also the Eldar cheerleaders are delightful. Their moves are simplistic compared to a Kabalite courtesan obviously, but their expressions and energy contains so much joy and happiness
>It reminds me of my brief childhood as a promiscuous street orphan
>During the chaotic fight that ended the Orks versus Khornate game, the clock hit midnight local time and I sent most of my followers away to join the slaughter in New Yur
>In a well polished move, some Raiders flew over the stands while trailing long chains for my followers to jump up and grab, at which point the Raider operators reeled them in and took off towards New Yur. The whole operation only took a few seconds, there were many in the stands who likely didn’t even notice that it had occurred given how many other distractions were occurring at the time.
>I stayed behind with a few others, intrigued enough by the Blood Bowl game to want to see what occurs next
>That doesn’t stop me from sneaking around and stabbing a few people during the break in between games though
>The enchanted daggers the Krumpi gave us are delightfully effective
>Any time I slay someone with them, I am rewarded with a massive jolt of psychic energy, and a delicious visions of how each of the people I slay will be tortured in the “Halls of Eternal Punishment” and why
>I haven’t felt this young in years!
>It is in this cheerful mindset I come across one of the Corsair team Blood Bowl players blundering about confused in a stairwell
>Relatively young, and small for a male, and his pale skin and hair remind me slightly of a fellow Drukhari

>I strike a pose that I hope comes across as seductive and non-threatening
>The Krampi said not to harm the other Eldar on the planet, they didn’t say anything about not touching them
>I have a thing for Corsairs, they are open to many things by non-Drukhari standards, but are far less likely to try and double cross you
>Sometimes you can even cuddle and handhold with them, wow I haven’t done that in centuries!
>Too bad most Corsair bands are on bad terms with my kind these days, but if this Corsair crew is wild enough to play Blood Bowl, maybe some of them will be open to some other recreational activities as well

Local scene still dead since 3.0. 2.0 group in nearby town is limping along but too much of a pain in the arse to get to for me most of the time. Brief attempt by some in the area to get 1.0 started up again but that failed because some of them wanted to houserule the most egregious problems and some were WAACfags who only wanted to go back to 1.0 so they could once more revel in Pieplatespam and Custardwank. Worse still the fallout from that has gotten rid of the other two blokes who play AT, so I'm now back to the bad old days of getting two games a year when old buddies roll through town because I refuse to play Modernslop.
>>
I'm thinking of getting a Castra Ferrum dreadie and I can't deicde between mortis twin lascannons or mortis plasma cannons, which is LESS WAACfaggy

Charitably, you could read it as Boba being the biggest Jedi killer in the galaxy who's still alive at that point. General Grievous and Grandpa Anakin aren't really options.
>>
>>97254921
Again though, that makes no sense because we're talking about Jaina fucking Solo, the Sword of the Jedi, a veteran fighter who's spent most of her young life at war against bondage aliens who fight hand-to-hand with living weapons that can randomly turn into fucking snakes that try to bite you. The notion that she's naive and focused to her detriment on "Jedi duelling" or whatever is farcical, and Traviss framing her that way was exclusively down to her desperate need to wank Mandos and shit on Jedi.

i could never bring myself to hate the prequels even if the writing was never as tight as the OG. the sequels are quite different, but at least 7 is funny and 8 is so scattered and batshit it's entertaining outside of hyperspace jail

Writing in the PT was TIGHTER than the OT. It's just that retards couldn't get past two minutes of politics cause they wanted mindless explosions and lightsaber duels with zero actual planning like the PT had
It's no shocker most OT "purists" suck of Disney and Andor. It's perfect for their shit attention span
