Frankly the old man eaters blow the plastic shit pirate out of the water but they are all resinTo be fair, there hasn't been any new gluton or bull in ages, but I understand your fear of GW fucking up a rework. But also things not designed around square bases would be pretty nice, but I can see why you don't want them to fuck with the army. Now the question is, would you rather GW never touches any of the old stuff and just makes new stuff assuming any rework they do is gonna be shit?

>>96464968Looks nice. Is it a resin cast? Or a print done by them?
>>96465339It's a resin print by them. I had ordered a box of failed prints that was full of random parts and pieces, and it included the parts of a couple vehicles (this being the only complete one). You can see where one wheel is kinda up off the ground (the frame's a bit warped) and the windshield frame is broken, but it's hidden by the roof. All in all, the quality for a 'failed' print is damn good. Too bad they ship from Ukraine, which means it's gonna be a long while before I can get more stuff from them here in the US.

>>96465528What happens to most people when they die then?
>>96465656The afterlife. Wraiths are created if a soul has urgent unfinished business.
>>96465656Reincarnation, you roll a new characte
>>96465703Imagine being a salaryman corposlave and becoming a wraith because your "urgent unfinished business" is filling and sending forms for your boss. Your fetters are pens, a worn out keyboard, a copy machine and the chair that belonged to your boss's secretary, which you used to smell and fap to. Your passions are order, structure and stability. You'd be very happy in Stygia.
I would like to present the hypothesis that the creation of /qst/ was detrimental to /tg/ as a whole.
>>96465617ah I get it, so bumpfags are ostensibly the OPs keeping their own threads alive? That being said, I've literally never seen any board have people that complain about that except on here. /m/ is half as fast as /tg/ and the oldest non general thread on the board is 2 months old, basically the same as the oldest two threads on the board right now
>>96465557Bumping inactive threads is normal, the problem is that on /tg/ there's one specific guy who's spent years doing it constantly in the same types of threads, never accepts that threads should die naturally when the discussion is over, and he never attempts to actually discuss anything himself because he only cares about keeping his pet threads on the board. There's three threads up right now where the OP happened to include one of bumpfag's trigger words ("element", in this case) and he took that as an invitation to necrobump them for weeks. You'll notice that all of his threads usually get bumped around the same time of day with similar zero-effort bullshit posts for the sole purpose of keeping them from expiring naturally.>>96314431>>96315518>>96422465That last thread is mostly actual discussion at the moment because it's only a few days old, but when people run out of worthwhile content he'll still keep bumping it for the next month.
>>96465617It could also be AI training using a bot to keep the thread alive. If that is the case, then it makes simple prompts and logs the presumably human responses and discussions. All it would need to do is disregard its own bumps from the dataset.
>>96465694NTA but is it actually that big of an issue if, as you say, noonr but the bumpfag is in the thread anyway?Won't new threads and people posting on the newer threads fix things naturally?
>>96465437antibumpfags just use bumpfaggotry as a cudgel to attack what they actually hate: people making threads about personal settings or general fantasy and scifi concepts or tropes outside of established settings or gamesI have no skin in the "debate" myself though since I don't read those and am just here for /mtg/ and /acg/, just what I've seen

>>96453156>Vampires are repelled by perpendicular lines, which crosses happen to look likeI feel like I would respect that more if they fully commit to it.>>96453206This was a decent enough explanation but it got old fast when it exploited by objectively evil faiths.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Fo_eiaOKIIhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vCWeyYro1FI>flashing a symbol so evil that vampires are hurt by itI hate the secularization of vampires so I wanted to make my twist on vampires so I modified VTM to fit a different lore. Only Christians or people aligned with Christianity can become vampires. If a non-Christian especially an atheist gets embraced, they become a mindless vampire beast. Crosses work on amplifying Christian guilt. This doesn't work if the user of the cross isn't Christian with faith. The reasoning is the curse is meant to corrupt Christians and lure people away from God. This also leads to people blaming Christianity for the vampires.

>>96465603What about 40k 10th edition???
Based games tier: Epic (not gay 30k shit), blood bowl, necromancer, mordheim, gorka morka, BFG, 2nd ed. 40k, space hulkDidn't play tier: any of the middle earth stuffShit garbage tier: everything else
>>96465670NTA but compared to 2nd ed, 10th edition seems like GW finally cracked the "balanced, competitive game for tournament play" code they've been trying to crack since arguably 4th edition, but typical of GW they had to sacrifice all of the flavor, charm and character to achieve such results. And even then, the results aren't all that stellar. And really, why the fuck would you want to play 40k at all if all the character is stripped from it? Is that not what attracts the majority of hobbyists to the IP? But yeah, congratulations Games Workshop, you successfully turned your flagship product into fucking Warmahordes. I guess Privateer Press won after all these years, in a philosophical way.
