I never thought that Ran was the superstitious one. How thoughtful of him to buy charms for everyone. Also being in a legit haunted house is very scary but also morbidly interesting. Also, we must search for answers about this strange mark on some of us. Maybe teacher Che Ngiem has some knowledge about this.

>>96733496
I am torn between Alyona and Itsuki. Itsuki is not necessarily evil but he could be a good pick.

>>96734155
Yey! Good job miss Ai! You have managed to eat well and socialize more, next time we can work on your confidence skills! Perhaps someday you can even talk to anyone you like without flinching! Kao-Kao as a nickname is cute.

>>96735878
Kao-Kao is indeed a cute nickname, it would be funny if Meliaya started calling her that too. Kaoru has talked to Ai more than anyone, I wanna flesh out her position within the Student Council too. Maybe Yaya and Madoka could get her out of her shell for a day? Shopping episode? Makeover session? They find out the colour of her eyes and she gets embarrassed? I also wanna see more of how the Student Council fights as a unit, but that’s probably for someone else’s writefag.

>>96735576
Uuuuuh considering Alyona might not work I might go Itsuki. BUT he’s not exactly evil either. Shit. I’d go with that one NPC but that’s literally an NPC, come on guys. I’m gonna shoot myself, I can’t solve this puzzle

>>96734906
>Or a heist/action piece with Kentaro and Rin boosting a Bleeding Zone into a Flooding Zone to draw the Student Council while Itsuro and Kenji break into the council room to snoop around (the latter leaving behind clues for Yae to find and deduce that there are rogue idolon users in the school).

If that were to happen, Kaoru would probably stay behind, waiting for the right time to use a Garganta and help out. Would be kinda cool if Itsuro and Kenji are the first ones to find out that the plain girl is also an Awakened before the rest of the SC does. She would probably lose that fight, or she’d have to dip or something, I’m just spitballing.
>>
>>96736659
>how the Student Council fights as a unit
There's a two part writefag where some members of the SC, and Takaishi and Momo all go rescue Ai from a Flooding Zone and fight some high level enemies. You've probably read it I think.

>>

Anon, I never read them. I can't dislike what I haven't read.
At best, I said something along the line of not caring about that particular aspect of these stories.
I enjoyed various fantasy fiction that had male human female elf pairings, despite that pairing happening (hard to avoid in general). Unless it's written really badly, I just roll my eyes and continue.

Thread title
Why did they get so steamed about the whole thing, fighting slavery is like 80% of the plot hooks in a fantasy game. There were entire prestige classes and campaigns built around that.
I mean like if the bad guys don't do slavery and aren't racist / homophobic, what do they do that's actually bad

>Monster race slavers
You bring up a good point though. They probably will never speak of the fact that almost all gnolls were slavers again. Just like how they scrubbed clean that their primary goddesses main doctrine included indoctrinating children.
>>
>>96734872
On the contrary, the fact that Paizo was willing to depict all manners of evil set it away from the cartoonier WotC. Little did i know Book of the Damned was the final piece of edgy PF content.
>>
>>96736082
Yeah Cheliax basically switched from slavery to modern contract slavery, which contradicts the idea that depicting slavery endorses it (unless they like the modern stuff). I suppose they could have wanted to use it to virtue signal against modern slavery, but I haven't seen anything implying that they're moving in that direction.

its a necessary evil, as GY decks get an obscene card advantage/selection later on that will just drown you out. There are so many graveyard hate effects that they are the sole reason these type of decks arent auto S-Tier in EDH. But a decent GY player would expect these types of effect and pack more interaction to not just instantly loose to a single creature, or lese they are utterly retarded or the biggest noob in the pod.
I just wish WotC would print the same amount of sensible and meaningful amount of land hate
>>
>>96736662
>Thoughts about playing "rest in peace" effects?
bad in noob pods extremely good in pods with good players. the grave is such an insanely good second hand for every color you need it. only problem is a lot of rest in peaces are non symmetrical. picrel has become my staple for having a very good effect on a stick with some extra ramp thrown in.

>>
>>96736662
I get why they're a thing, but I also don't like them. Don't really play any decks that care about their graveyard myself anymore but I did when I started the game so I get how much it sucks to see them and I'd rather not do that. If a grave deck is getting out of control I find it's a lot easier to just focus the player down. Usually at least one other player at the table will see the threat coming and realize that graveyard player needs to be taken care off as well so that player quickly gets knocked out. Also don't really like playing cards that are useless in most other match ups the way graveyard removal is.

The >>>/tg/hwg thread doesn't entertain fantasy (for good reason) and the other threads are locked to more specific games.

A Song of Ice and Fire, Argatoria, Batman Miniature Game, Carnevale, Conquest: The Last Argument of Kings,
Deadzone, Dropfleet and Dropzone Commander, Freebooter's Fate, Frostgrave, Gaslands, Judge Dredd, HeroClix,
Kings of War, Maelstrom's Edge, Malifaux, Marvel Crisis Protocol, Masters of the Universe: Battleground, Moonstone,
Oathmark, OnePageRules, RelicBlade, Rumbleslam, Stargrave, Sludge, Urban War, Void, Warcaster, Warmachine, Xenotactics, Xenos Rampant...

Good morning lads

Pulling my own head off here. Can't find a website that I've shared here before.

Basically it's a UK garage caster. His "shop" is a blogspot with PDF links.

Nothing dodgy, but all I can remember is he sells a mixture of metal and resin, I swear some of it was Oldhammer inspired. Which is my interest.

But the things I definitely remember him selling are like "Fantasy Football dwarf with chainsaw" and like Fantasy Football dwarfs inspired by various superheroes like Batman, Iron Man. Not want I want myself but they were kind of tacky enough to stick in my head.

The sculpts were fairly primitive.

>Well, that's kind of the point, I don't think the undead rising en masse across the entirety of the empire is a good thing, because it turns this crisis from something containable into an absolute nightmare that, like I said, might as well hijack the setting in it's entirety.

But the dead coming back to life in the thousands is the wackiest thing on the setting. I find it difficult to find balance here otherwise. After the weird events during the previous decades, we've had many signs that could be interpreted as "apocalyptic" (the burning of Rome, the fall of Paris...). Then, the dead begin rising from their graves in some of the holiest places in the world. I think that, unless the dead rise en masse, the other powers would have used it as an excuse to overtake the entirety of the Ottoman Empire and purge the husks. I mean, if the risen dead were a more manageable number, don't you think the Tsardom would have launched a crusade to liberate the peoples of the area from the dead? Wouldn't Persia and the arabian tribes do the same? Hell, how many volunteers would go into the Holy Land as some sort of holy war? The Pope would have to say something, and a more politically active Catholic Church would take the chance to bless the endeavor.

>Assuming we want the other powers to direct their attention to other matters instead we should limit the spread somewhat.
I can imagine that the husks that rose in the areas outside Anatolia and the Levant were relatively easier to deal with, since they probably had much less support from the ottoman army. They were still threatening and took a decent effort to stop, but not enough to become an unstoppable tide of death.
>>
>>96734515
>the undead hordes rose up within some arbitrary borders and not just across some general area
If the dead only rose in a single place, then the allied nations could just join together and purge the husks in one go. Maybe even simultaneous disembarchings to overrun the husks. Part of the threat of the Second Oriental Crisis was the sheer fear, chaos and confusion during the first months that allowed the husks quick gains across the frontline. Once the tide began to turn, they probably fought until containment became a viable thing (maybe they thought fighting to the bitter end could result in more wacky shennannigans being unleashed, so they just shrugged and left the Sultan have his dead empire).

I have Power Ups and Actions but not Monster Hunters because im not into those sorts of games (along with the Norse setting, dont care too much for the bland chilly naturey Norse vibe), but i will now since i know something valuable is in them. Which i guess i shouldve known, you can plug and play anything cool anywhere, its just a challenge to read or even figure out whats in every GURPS book lol. But YES, GURPS Post-Apocalypse or a whole dedicated series like DF of Science Fiction/Space Opera more than just Traveller or Transhuman Space (which i do own all of)? Fuck yeah.

Don't start reading rules or you will get stuck there. Just start with the Dungeon Fantasy, and keep the other books so you can add them, if you want.

I have uploaded what I have for post-apocalyptic and space opera. It's in the 'additional' folder.

And yeah, I don't get why they're not packing rules in some single books so people can use them without having to deal with what seems more like the britannica encyclopedia of systems. They have a very solid game, but they fail to market it properly.

One solution is to use the "powered by gurps" books, which are self-contained. There's no many of them, though. Hellboy is fine for modern supernatural, Discworld works well for a low fantasy setting (and awfully bad to replicate Terry Pratchet's comedy), and Vorkosigan RPG is a decently done space opera game. If you haven't read the Vorkosigan saga (the novels, I mean), they're the best.

First time painting a vehicle, branched out a bit on approach. Still have to do some cleanup and then the metallics + detail work, but I'm happy with how the hull and turret are looking.
