I didn't have aphantasia, quite the opposite, until I spent 5 years sleeping 5 hours a night working in a factory. Permanently destroyed my spark of imagination. Now it's harder for me to imagine stuff, I lost a lot of my ability to feel anything, my emotional depth is greatly reduced. Even after 6 months as a NEET with normal sleep again, I'm not the same. It really is over. I buy more and more minis and even make some myself. I have over 500 minis because I have nothing else to spend my money on for the most part. I hope it doesn't get worse than this. I wish I could heal my soul somehow but I don't know how to even start.
