The leaks may be true, but on the other hand these piecesof shit movies go through 3 or 4 rounds of massive reshoots due to test audiences and random executives hating everything. There was a 5 minute scene of Galactus eating a planet with all the life on it horrifically dying that got cut from FF. And sure as shit its ending wasn't what was originally shot.
