I'm unsure about my armor system. Using slash against plate is basically useless, while bashing does have some effect. Now I want a lucerne to have pierce and bash effect. One could use 60% pierce and 40% bash, but that's been done a thousand times.I thought of maybe (first) impact damage. Having this one can simulate a lucerne and a sword, too. We need to ban gacha now. Real otaku games are being suffocated by these shitty FOMO-driven GaaS slot machine simulators monopolizing otaku spending. Gacha has an objectively negative impact on the market just by its existence, as it incentivizes a "race to the bottom" as everyone else is forced to adopt similar predatory monetization models just to keep up. This is not a moralfagging thing; gacha objectively lowers the standards for real games everywhere by being so much more successful for so much less effort in providing a good product. There is zero benefit to allowing it to stay and many benefits to getting rid of it like a cheater in a board game. During the Vita era, this stuff sold like 50k just in Japan. You can't blame everything on Sony/Nintendo/Steam censoring these games for their failure; because gacha has captured the Japanese market almost completely, these games which used to be made entirely for the domestic audience now have to look west to survive, and that means going through western cultural commissars. Gacha is as much to blame for the downfall of retail otaku games as platform censorship, an uncomfortable truth too many self-proclaimed otakus and defenders of these games are not willing to admit.

How do you guys think the undertale prequel fan games in development should handle saving for the souls? My idea is hallucinations, everytime a soul dies,he wakes up and start at the last point he slept at(that's his way of saving,taking rest at various places,everytime he dies,it's a bad ending).
