What are your gameplay pet peeves? For me it's vehicle sections. Why do devs insist on including these? They're always the worst part of the game.
I also hate those rooms where you're locked in with a wave of enemies. It's lazy filler. Any game that does this is automatically disqualified from masterpiece status.

I played on the 40fps mode and that made a lot of difference. Mouse controls felt really weird in it though. Dont know if they borked it or what but I played prime 4 almost exclusively with mouse controls and didnt have an issue so. Good port, game didnt totally captivate me but I might come back to it. For that price theres no reason not to buy it if youre interested.

It's currently free on EGS. Game play is very slim to say the least, because it's just a matter of exhausting the dialogue options, but it has interesting lore which gels well with the pseudo-vaporwave style. Also a grade A soundtrack. All in all, it's more of a walking simulator with a bit of collectathon elements than a mystery solver, but I loved spending time in that weird island.What other games you would like to see being talked about more?

I don't know why, but it seems like nowadays, the modding community is pretty much dead. It used to be that mods would basically transform a game and would be a completely new experience than playing vanilla. The popular games now intentionally try to force online play without modding so they can sell you basic assets in game like an outfit or skin or weapon etc.They are anti modding.This really got big with gtav with its focus on selling in game currency. The expansive world was perfect for modding into an entirely different game with overhauls into a fps, racing sim, interactive roleplaying etc but gta required an online connection, auto updates, then a third party launcher, and intentionally breaks mods. It wants to sell you money to buy some basic crap not have you get 1,000 more for free.The industry followed suit and eventually half of games became that way. You used to buy a game. Now its gaming as a service. They try to micromanage that service to milk you for as much as possible for as long as you use that game. A much more exploitive industry.
