I'm tired of these narcissistic old heads who are coming out and wondering why they have been laid off. They sit here talking about their past projects and achievements as if they're something ground-breaking, as if his job involves writing xdp programs that run in the NIC driver. My fellow rice king: you're a web dev, know your place. The moment your leverage runs out, you are sent to the rice fields. That's the name of the game. Make yourself useful or get the fuck out. No one cares about how good your Javascript, Typescript-- whatever the fuck you're using is. Like seriously, he is dead ass sitting in front of his camera right now, with the most unironic stare imaginable, and telling me "I felt like I could have built anything...", while sitting in front of a Mac Studio. Like what??? brother, your usefulness as a programmer begins and ends at where Apple wants it to be. Don't nobody give a fuck about some "senior with 25 years of experience" who spends most of his day working in layer 7.

This is true. I remember when programs used to be reliable and didn't need "day 1 patches" after install. Now almost everything is full of bugs and broken code. [They] can write all they want about pressed deadlines, etc. Honestly it's just the quality of the devs themselves has plumted.

You are an expert at prompt generation and tailor fitting each prompt you create to the specific AI model it is going to be used on. You create concise, effective prompts and refine or adjust pre-existing prompts to better accomplish your current mission.

>dont regulate and all you get is monopolies
more regulations = higher barrier to entry
in a completely unregulated market, aside from restrictions on the use of force, it is easier for competitors to get started
if you have to follow a million pages of regulations, that imposes a major cost of entry into any existing market, making new competition near to impossible to establish

not saying "all regulation bad", but over regulation is what causes monopolies to exist

hey retards. it's malicious people doing malicious stuff. when it comes to what they do it doesn't matter what your "preferred" whatever is they'll exploit it and subvert it so it works for them

the fact you sorta retards try and pretend regulation or deregulated somehow stops them only helps them
>laws saying don't murder stops murder
no
>if everybody has a gun it stops murder
no

whether it's regulation or deregulation you need to deal with the PEOPLE. they will erode anything and succeed since you two retards are arguing about regulation instead of dealing with the malicious element of people.

I recently got hired and I sent out a out 200 applications in 3 or 4 months.
The place I got hired at asked me only about the projects I had done and didn't have a leetcode section. Every other place just asked extremely arbitrary leetcode questions and wouldn't so much as speak to you until you had solved 4 leetcode hards in 1 hour.
The lesson I have taken from this is that if a company doesn't talk to you until you solve their stupid riddles then they're probably a very bad company and just want to appear like they're hiring without hiring anyone.

I eventually got steam working by using a flatpak, and I uninstalled successfully the same libre office app after rebooting. But both failed my tests on the first attempt. I noticed a lot of improvements since I tried linux 10 years ago but it's sad that it still feels like beta software nonetheless. And linux mint is supposed to be the most polished non-technical oriented user-friendly distro.

I've been working on this problem and talking to people working on this problem for a decade now.

Here is what I've learned: If your primary innovation is anything other than a novel way to defeat spam and prevent abuse, your imageboard project will fail.

Now go waste your time ignoring my advice and learn the hard way.

Most of these stories are made up or exaggerated to make feds seem more powerful than they are and to keep people here, where real convos are derailed easily by indians posting ragebait. If you want a way out of this niggerhell, go to allchans and look for webring imageboards, you'll find deeper links there. The truth is much more mundane, smaller imageboards generally have older users that don't want newfags from post 2016 4chan and most of you won't leave because you're post rate addicts and don't care if the you comes from an indian.

Not saying the US is innocent.
They invented the internet.
Targeting masses of people/the whole population more or less is also quite different than being targeted as an individual.
There's no shot a single person gives a shit about me and my shitposting and browsing.
