If a retailer offer a “ready to ship” fully built units they will list the spec values. Hand select is an option from retailers that will try to match to your spec requirements. Some reputable retailers:https://www.jrhenterprises.com/https://steeleindustries.com/Comment too long. >>64727361>is any of this going to be a problem? No
>>64728067So the fact that on all my form I signed something like:>Printed name: John Doe>Signature: Jack Doe (written in cursive)-is a non-issue? Even when "Jack Doe" isn't a listed alias of mine? Even I would raise eyebrows at that, had the idiots who taught me cursive in school actually made me write my real name, instead.Eventually, that became the only thing in cursive I would write, and I kept forgetting to re-learn how my real name is supposed to look in cursive, until the moment I would ever sign anything, and I could never even make a note about it cause I was always busy with some shit at the same time. It's literally everyone's fault, including mine. And of course, I ended up ruining a perfectly good social security card, forever tainted with my nonsense, and that's the most annoying fucking part! Their practical accuracy, recoil, speed, basically every shooting characteristic is superior to modern polymer framed striker fired pistols. They are intrinsically safe for carry because there is no spring tension behind the firing pin when the hammer is down, the safety is not dependent on the machining tolerances of a tiny sliver of metal like it is with striker guns. The extra weight is completely intangible with a half decent holster and belt. The DA trigger pull is a non-issue because the only time you would use it is for a threat so sudden and close range that accuracy will not be a factor, like if someone has literally ambushed you out of nowhere and is grappling with you on the ground, in any other situation you would cock the hammer immediately when the weapon is drawn.I've shot Glocks, M&Ps, and other modern polymer striker pistols for over ten years. Now after several months of shooting and carrying a CZ75B, the idea of going back to those types of guns almost seems like a joke. It's incredible that those designs ended up becoming more popular, they literally have no advantage whatsoever. I would say the only real advantage of a Glock specifically is that a full disassembly is easier.
>>64728045The only hammerless revolvers I've seen are 2" snubnoses that have the hammer removed to fit in a pocket and are intended to be backup pistols or a last resort for a restrictive dress code.I'll just keep cocking the hammer for an SA first shot. It doesn't slow me down at all, it's barely any worse than flicking the safety off on a 1911.
>>64728051>The only hammerless revolvers I've seen are 2" snubnoses that have the hammer removed to fit in a pocket and are intended to be backup pistols or a last resort for a restrictive dress code.Yes these are called defensive revolvers. As opposed to sporting revolvers with huge adjustable sights, ergonomic grips, and checkered hammer spurs to allow leisurely SA target shooting.>I'll just keep cocking the hammer for an SA first shot. It doesn't slow me down at all, it's barely any worse than flicking the safety off on a 1911So then why not just carry a 1911? You're carrying a DA/SA gun, which will naturally have a compromised SA trigger compared to an SAO gun. You seem to really care about the lightness of the trigger, have you ever thought about that? Why gimp yourself for DA which you seem to have an aversion to using anyway?
>>64728063>As opposed to sporting revolvers with huge adjustable sights, ergonomic grips, and checkered hammer spurs to allow leisurely SA target shooting.Way back when I was into revolvers, those were the only type I carried. GP100 and 686.>So then why not just carry a 1911? You're carrying a DA/SA gun, which will naturally have a compromised SA trigger compared to an SAO gun. You seem to really care about the lightness of the trigger, have you ever thought about that? Why gimp yourself for DA which you seem to have an aversion to using anyway?1911s are the wrong caliber, single stack, not that reliable, have too wide a variation in tolerances for aftermarket parts, overpriced, and generally don't have a trigger that much better than a DA/SA gun. Also, having DA capability is a desirable feature to have, it's just not my standard way of shooting.
>>64728077>Way back when I was into revolvers, those were the only type I carried. GP100 and 686.Ok>1911s are the wrong caliberThey can be in any caliber>single stackThey can be double stack>not that reliableThe OP talked about carrying a CZ75B>have too wide a variation in tolerances for aftermarket partsNot really you just buy the parts for your gun. Does the existence of the DWX make the CZ75 less desirable because of all the variation in parts tolerances CZs have now? This is a retarded argument in general.
>>64728077Since you think you can thumb a hammer in fractions of a millisecond you should carry a Blackhawk at least that would be aesthetic

I can carry a main large 4 oz 4 inch knife and a small victorinox in the same pocket if I need to not scare people that day. One thing it would be good for is extreme ultralight camping. >>64723988There were a bunch of lasings reported. But the reason we didn't see mass lasings is pretty simple. If you're a normie at the protests you're probably not there for violence. If you are there for violence you're probably looking to throw some punches. If you're part of an organization you've probably been told over and over again to not bring or use weapons because incitement laws and civil suits are how political organizations are wiped out. Most people showing up at a protest aren't looking for violence, and most of the ones that are will be geared more towards street brawling. Showing up in masse with lasers to blind people displays explicit criminal intent and the optics alone would get most protest groups to avoid you like the plague.

>>64728019>there was fire fighting so you still expect a death or two.Would you? There have been a lot of one sided operations like this over the years.
