One of the most prominent ones is the Silver Hand. They are also very prominent in alchemical and technological fields. One of their most infamous sub-organizations are alchemically-infused elite murderhobos that have little to no restraint. Other than that, their main power is them having a lot of money and influence.
Named after a punishment performed against thieves and bandits.

Correct. But as we often say here, 99% of the problems in B/X are fixed by the DMG.

ntayrt but adding in even an abstract tactical map with terrain tends to help when combined with other anon's aforementioned rule additions. Doesn't have to be fancy, but a visualization and outline of terrain combined with your party's objectives (and objectives for the opfor) tend to make the combat encounters more dynamic. Even with only Basic, having those and morale will make it more tactical.

1. take 1.5-2 inch nails, preferably one with large flat heads
2. glue them onto a base with the tip facing upwards using super glue
3.spray paint the entire thing brown
4. grab some hot glue or gel super glue, apply a generous amount to the tip
5. stab a chunk of Woodland Scenics FOLIAGE CLUSTERS onto the nail.
6. base and seal with water/pva

Use the foliage clusters, not clump foliage. foliage clusters are large and dense, clump foliage is tiny and crumbly, a real pain in the ass to work with for this purpose.

So these guys (stealth suits, if you can't see them)
Pretty interesting against a marine team. When the enemy can move + dash + shove a heavy plasma incinerator in your face, stealth becomes a lot less safe. Ended up not controlling much on the objectives, which combined with an equal score on tac op, kill op, and primary meant a final score of 10-15.
Definitely not a conclusive game in regards to how balanced they are, I made plenty of mistakes, but the stealth was a lot less oppressive than me or my opponent expected.
What I want to see now is how they perform against a 2APL team. Losing that extra dash to reach enemies, and not having the same super reliable kill shots that a team like deathwatch has, might make these sneakers a much less fun team to face. I need to see it to confirm it though.

The villainess, Regina, was low in the Cult's hierarchy, so she had yet to understand that she joined an organization that was way more than the Illuminati with the serial numbers filed off.
