The concept of a fighty wizard isn't entirely unheard of in Warhammer - Ogre Butchers, Vampires, and Chaos Champions of Tzeentch from 6e onwards all exist - but it's definitely rare, and the trick is coming up with a way to not make them utterly broken. Which, I think, is traditionally handled by making them super expensive, points wise?

I know I want the players to be interviewing an noc who was caught trying to steal a 19th century replica of some arcane text, but I want to keep things ambigious between whether the character is related to the Zizian inspired group I'm gonna use or the christian cult im gonna use. The text is gonna be a whole thing that does christian gender bender body horror stuff. I got that planned out. But I can't think of a way to keep the initial encounter ambiguous.

How do you justify a "pest race" like goblins or rat people in your setting? Why wouldn't the dominant species make a concentrated effort to eradicate them if they were a problem?

What little of the show I did see back in the day included him trying to turn into one alien only to end up turning into a different one, and it makes me think that a variant of Everyone is John where each player is an alien trying to be activated by the hero regardless of how appropriate their skillset is to the situation at hand would make for a pretty funny game.
