Imply that there was something more to Emperor's decision to only take Angron.Emperor can be flawed, he can be wrong, but he shouldn't be stupid. Doesn't have to be a specific reason. My personal theory is that his gladiators were already getting corrupted by Khorne. Emperor made exceptions for other primarch's warriors, so he had to have a pretty decent reason to not let Angron's be. If they were alive, anyway. Angron slaughtering them in heat of battle would be another possibility

Being able to fight or shoot twice seems pretty busted on both fronts.
