Couple builds I've been messing with.>Ring Boost Short FuseAs popular as silver surfing is, online shield desync means Item Attack Bounty still rewards you on phantom hits. Throw a bomb or drive a truck/drill/tornado through a crowd, get +10-60 rings and +21 speed. I think its consistency is worse than the standard meta variant, but I'm also not knowledgeable on the walls bombs bounce off of instead of rolling over, so I know I'm not playing it well either.>Slipstream SurferSlightly less safety, same speed, far better ring gain. Worst part is fighting muscle memory if you're used to the standard surfer build. High ranks are already good at shooting the gap, so I think it's a tradeoff worth considering. Unfortunately won't reach L4 in time on some turns.

In that webm's case, reaching the level's black market vendor (ie triggering his line of dialogue as you can see by the subtitles) is scripted to kill the dock workers so that when you return to their boat, it seems they've been killed by the grand guard. Thing is, this happens regardless of context even if you interact with them. You can knock them out and hide them in a rooftop, and they'll die when the black market dialogue is triggered. You can have them right in front of your fucking cursor like in the webm, and you'll see the game itself killing them. That's not an immersive sim. That's a farce. Game is full of this btw, like Possessing Billie then entering her room at the Dreadful Wale as her and immediately dying because her NPC is disabled by the game while you're inside it. Dishonored 1 rewarded you for experimenting (pic related, do you even know what it is?) while Dishonored 2 breaks at the seams doing the same.
