Yeah it is more aggressive, but that means it takes more skill. No longer can you just backdash all day and spam safe 11 frame counterhit launchers. People say that Tekken 8 is a disaster, but it brings in more players than Tekken 7- so the argument that Tekken 8's gameplay appeals to no one is untrue. The only people who prefer to play "real Tekekn" are those who want to use 5 moves with 0 imagination and all the pretentiousness and elitism in the world.
I really like tekken 8. It has a fun story, cool character and costume designs, great music, and solid online play. Its neat.
